I have posted proof of this thing the stock CDI on the RX is just a load of good old grade A monkey crap. RDD CDI has much precision at high RPMs and I plan on waking up the old thread once I get my hands on the RDD CDI. If you are firing at odd crank angles at high RPM and still think you've got the best lol the gods must be shittin' bricks the minute you rev its ears off coz timing isn't just something it is everythingRIP ਕਾਕਾ ਭੈਣੀਆਂਵਾਲਾ (Santokh Singh Rataurh)

Chill Rustam! Once you get hands on your RDD CDI from the new batch you will swear by it! Try getting the 90/100 Kit too. They both work wonders!! Those who havn't used this product will never know the true value of it

Is the RDD CDI for your RX100 or RX135? why is that I read that RDD CDI is meant for RX135 and doesn't work well with RX100, isn't that so?Originally posted by dafc View PostI have posted proof of this thing the stock CDI on the RX is just a load of good old grade A monkey crap. It works on both, the thing is the CDI needs perfect ground for it to work properly. Since your local grease monkey will have spliced and diced the harness everywhere it'll blow the CDI up. So you need to make sure your harness has no splices anywhere and everything from HT coil to the battery itself has been grounded perfectly like the factory does i.e. metal to metal contact no metal on paint thing.Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostIs the RDD CDI for your RX100 or RX135? why is that I read that RDD CDI is meant for RX135 and doesn't work well with RX100, isn't that so?RIP ਕਾਕਾ ਭੈਣੀਆਂਵਾਲਾ (Santokh Singh Rataurh)

Thanks for the information. In my case, have already booked 90/100 lighting kit from them. Also heard that they will be supplying wiring harness along with the black box simplify/minimize blow outs. So I guess apart from proper grounding on to the frame, both CDI and HT coil should do the job correct? One other clarification, should I build a new engine, is it advisible to plonk the CDI or should I wait for some odo done?Originally posted by dafc View PostIt works on both, the thing is the CDI needs perfect ground for it to work properly. you can plonk it in right away , in fact you will be doing your bike a favour by doing so , the cdi will ensure that your bike runs cooler , and reduces the strain,Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostThanks for the information. There's no connection between run-in & RDD CDI; you can put the CDI even before the build if you like to.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle
Awareness + Skill is what keeps you out of harm's way
ATGATT + Awareness + Skill means you might Live To Ride another day

Ah, actually there are many important things in life than just RX. I am working on my Esteem now. I have achieved everything what was expected of my RX & when time comes i will open up a thread on my RD too. Until next time doc.Originally posted by yamdoot View PostIs he?? havnt seen him for a while.
