whats the cost of carb rebuild kit?

All these parts are easily available man! And the float gasket is same for all carburetors i.e, 100,135. You get a carb rebuild kit.

The Carb rebuild kits that I could source, were made by Natco and half of them don't even fit the carb lol

Looking for these parts for my 1997 Yamaha RXG

1) (4TL01) Carburettor Float Gasket and all O-rings

2) Front Yamaha Monogram

3) NOS Fuel Switch/Petcock

All these parts are easily available man! And the float gasket is same for all carburetors i.e, 100,135. You get a carb rebuild kit.

Search for "pricol" make oil pump. Should be available for around Rs.1500. Which brand had you bought?

This is the new package for pricol OE oil pumps for Yamaha RX. [emoji106]

Yes pricol is the OE oil pump for RX100 and RX135, I have a Suzuki MAX100R I've bought a pricol oil pump for around Rs.7XX abt an year back as an extra spare. For Yamaha it'll come around Rs. 13XX/-. Some seller may sell it to you for less than that. [emoji106]

can some one please help me with autolube pump, i have already replaced twice but the 2nd quality ones keep on doing bad.

I am planning to repaint the chassis and tank/shields of my rx 135 4 speed 2000 model, I am planning to restore the worn out parts during the process. Are the spare parts easily available in Chennai ? Which Yamaha Dealer is best suited for such spares procurement in Chennai ?

my knowledge is that Yamaha dealers currently don't have spares for RX series. you can try pudhupet harris road and GP road, try VRC automobiles in GP road they have stickers, body panels and speedometers. also there is a shop in the road behind VRC automobiles I got Yamaha OE chain sprocket kit for RX100 and RX135 from them 2 yrs back. don't know the shop name, but check for the YAMAHA Genuine spares available board.

Hello guys...

After a prolonged wait and some great help from scudmissile007 I have now managed to get my RX in its full glory barring a paint and chrome job.

Not ventured into finding the top speed however engine is smooth and doing great.

Scudmissile007.. many thanks for all your help. It's truly appreciated. The bore and the lighting kit are excellent.

try Kavreri Auto Parts on facebook they have RX135 bores with TKRJ piston kits available in all sizes...they are not OE, though I think both the bore and piston are imported...
