        How about we stay in karwar instead.. hotel bookings there are still available
        Advice is a form of nostalgia.
        Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

            Updates:
            - Get your Blankets\Sleeping bags\Tents
            - Get your camera's, iPods with docks etc, Laptops speaker etc whatever you feel to be handy
            - It is compulsory to have fun during this ride, and the stay


            Plan:
            The plan is to go in two teams (or three teams)

            Team A: Led by Alankar\me to head out to Pune on 29th Night at evening. People interested in the Dhaba thing will ride with this group. You can chose to stay back at Pune (Recommended) or leave for Mumbai in the morning. If you chose to have alcohol at the Dhaba, then you have only ONE option thats to stay in Pune and leave the next day. Dont worry, my home there is big enough and the room tarrif is wallet friendly :P

            Pune folks would meet Team A at the dhaba thing OR the next day at ChandniChowk.

            Team B: Led by Anup\Bobbykick who will leave Mumbai on 30th Morning
            They will catch up with Team A before Belgaum. We will wait for them here, incase they havent already caught up.

            We will be trying to scout for hotels in the 30KM range of Gokarna. (Antz had suggested Karwar -60KMs which should not be an issue)
            Other options are to head to Palolem beach and settle there.

            The return journey would be through the Goa (irrespective of wherever we chose to stay)

            xBHP Mumbai-Pune Riding protocols apply... so riding gear, documents mandatory.
            No riding driving under the influence of alcohol.

                                dont worry buddy, i am also not planning to rip all the way, i will be cruising at arround 60-70 kmph..

                                btw, pune to gokarna is 450 kms approx. so at speeds of 60 kmph, we will cover 480 kms in 8hrs.
                                now considering 1 hr as start delay, 1 hr as grouping delay (mumbai and pune group), 45 mins as lunch time and dinner time, we will still be able to reach in 11 hrs. so I guess we wont have to rip all the way.

                                btw, can anyone please upload the route map that we will be taking??
