That day me and a friend of mine were having a chat of the biker genre, she was quick to point out she loved roadies i just said roadies is a big joke, i really know some people who are real achievers in the sense of real world i was referring too this three guys nitin, ketan and tushar and many more who even have done the saddle sore. I am proud to know some of them personally its a felling of pride standing besides you.
The general public reality doesnt go beyond reality show but this is the real adventure the real people. Normal people with extraordinary passion. kudos

@ pranit - thanks mitra.
@ hyperoin - thanks mate for your wishes & yeah it came in our mind to ask you people for route condition who was enjoying your track days in chennai. Thanks again for your advice.
@ psr - thanks dude for wishes & yeah what you said is absolutely right. Such rides are not for faint hearted fellows. Even after our much preparations, at some point we were asking each other 'is it doable' during our ride. We was really feeling top of the world at the movement we got our final end reciept for successfully completing our ride.
@ drifter - thanks buddy for wishes & dont make us feel like heros ( lol ). What we achieved, should be appreciated but there are many people who had achieved something that no one will think of doing it.

@ sunny sir & OF sir, a big thanks from my side for your helping hands regarding sponsorship for our ride & sorry for such late thanksgiving.
and last but not least, special thanks ketan & nitin for keeping faith in me & considering me for this ride. Coz it was your second attempt & if anything went wrong from my side during the ride i would have not forgiven myself for that failure & you guys had to wait for another year for another attempt. So, there was more stress on me. Not just to colmplete the ride but keep prepare myself & my bike for this mamoth ride. You guys really dont know through what stress & sleepless nights i went before our ride. Although i had done few rides with nitin, but that was done in group & with ketan, it was my first ride with him ( can you people believe it ).
So this concluded, that they both were unknown to my riding techniques & so do me this thing also added some more stress on me.
I still remember my 1st ride with xBhipans at lonavala. While returning i had a crash & these xBhpians came running like my brothers for help. But still, ' First impression is last impression ' is what i think & thats the reason why i was not considered for few rides with some seniors. I think they get their answer with this ride of mine. Anyways no regrets with them. 1 good lesson i learned from them is never go for long rides with anyone whose riding is unknown to you.
It is good to do that, but then again it doesnt mean that you should underestimate others. Again, no harsh feeling guys, i still have a lot of respect for you guys.
XBhp, Sunny sir, OF sir, nitin, ninad, ketan, tanmay, mandar, mayur ( my neighbour, who lend me his shoes, balaclava & goggles for this ride ) & sorry if i miss anyone . I thank you guys again for being with me for some moments i will never forget for my whole life.

@ashwin: same here...i feel really proud to have such friends....
@tushar: arre dada i exactly know how you feel...and the pleasure is mine
thank you !
A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

Thanks Hyperion!Originally posted by Hyperion View PostCongrats guys. Its an amazing feat. Well done indeed.

Thanks PSR. Since all three of us tour on our bikes quite regularly, keeping the bikes in best possible mechanical condition is inevitable for us. Cause a break down out side city limits on any tour is definitely a painful thing to go through.Originally posted by psr View PostGreat achievement..to do 2,500Kms in 36 hours in a bike, in INDIA....it is an awesome accomplishment..The stamina and endurance of all three of you is outstanding, and not for the faint hearted....and you should be having bikes which you must be taking great care to be part of you.

Thanks Drifter. You are right. A lot of people, especially those who are not directly connected to biking don't even know about such rides. When I tell them we have successfully completed Bun Burner or Saddle sore, their immediate question.. 'what is that?'Originally posted by drifter View PostThat day me and a friend of mine were having a chat of the biker genre, she was quick to point out she loved roadies i just said roadies is a big joke, i really know some people who are real achievers in the sense of real world i was referring too this three guys nitin, ketan and tushar and many more who even have done the saddle sore. Concept of endurance races is still new to Indian biking scenario but am glad it's spreading at fast rate
For a lay man biking = Rossi or MotoGP
Huh? Where did this come from? And how did I miss this for such long time? Is it the Log effect?Originally posted by ttusharz View Postand last but not least, special thanks ketan & nitin for keeping faith in me & considering me for this ride. Tushar, man.. this really wasn't needed. I strongly believe that what ever success we have achieved is all because of our team work. No need to thank me dude. There was absolutely no point in not keeping faith on you. You proved your riding abilities the day you completed your saddle sore. I was a little worried about the compatibility though. Because you don't talk much.
But you proved me wrong on that front as well. Your sense of humor did help during the ride to ease of some of the stress. And we really had no clue that you were under so much stress. It really wasn't needed. It was just a ride. Anybody's bike could have broken down or anything could have happened. Why only you?
Anyway, am glad that everything went as planned and we returned successful! See you guys soon!Ketan Nikharge.

Thanks once again Rachit!
Well I am almost done with the log and shall be sending it to Old Fox sir very soon. But we plan to make it a comprehensive article for all the future Endurance Riders in India. A reference manual of sorts which we'll help riders plan and execute their ride in a better manner. Let's see, how things go about.
Thanks again for your lovely words!Ketan Nikharge.

The log is ready Amit. But I guess you'll have to wait and buy the xBhp magazine for it. I'll definitely let you all know once it's published. Extremely sorry for the delay but the limited space in magazine and a whole lot of content makes it difficult to fit everything in one issue.Originally posted by amitmalve View PostHey Ketan, when can I read your full log (Bun Burner 2500k)? I am eagerly waiting for it
Thanks Rahul!Originally posted by rahulingle1 View PostBun burner !!! that sounds hot ! i like it. kudos bosses..
