@trustvishwas: this is a wonderful travelogue, very engaging and enjoyable.

What a writer writes in his/her travelogue is completely his/her prerogative and should be respected for that.

            Thumbs Up

The second last pic where the Raja is pampering his horse. That surely must relate to your Ninja's Rim bend situation

Read through the whole post and was hypothetically riding with you people. Waiting for Moaaar!!! Cheerz.

                    Awesome blog!!

I started sometime in the afternoon when xBhp posted this link on their fb wall!!
And have been reading non-stop!! There's something about ur writing style that makes for easy reading. Have tried reading other blogs but couldn't go beyond Day 1

                    Sadly, I'll have to stop!!

Good luck with the rest of your journey!! And thanks a ton for the read!!

PS: One suggestion! Photography skills could do with some (read "lots of") polishing!! Hope U r not using a DSLR

Thanks for the compliments. Rest assured this was not a DSLR. It is a Point & Shoot one. In fact, I have not owned a SLR in last 15-20 years. Also a small margin of may be 1-2% can be attributed to the fact that me and Amit both were much more keen on riding than photography. In fact, on most of my rides, I don't even carry a camera.

After reading your Ladhak ride....this was an awesome writeup....loved reading....

and when you make a left turn to cover 27kms of bumppy road to reach NH8.... I guess it was at a threeway junction with a Huge temple gate in front??

I would have recomended to take a right about 30kms to hit Kumbalghar Fort, you can take your bike all the wayup to the main gate....and road is flaw less tar, atleat till kumbalghar though its a dividerless two lane.

                            Thanks for awesome write up....

                            All the way 5*

                              Waiting....

This is like the episode of Alif Laila when I was a kid, I would be annoyed when it stops at such a point where I m biting my nails what happened next? and the episode ends rite at that point.

In Short, desperately waiting to read more.

As you guessed, we took a left turn from the temple complex. We asked locals there and they said that the right side road was similar to the one we had travelled on nearly till udaipur and the left hand side road is bad only for a short distance.
