on the way to Dhankar Lake:

weird structures erected out of wind erosion of the loose soil, at Dhankar:

View through the small windows of the rooms of Dhankar Monastery was to die for:
These landscapes on the way to Lajlung from Dhankar reminded me of the sand dunes of Jaisalmer, though I have never been to Rajasthan
