On our way we came across many water bodies passing through the road. On one side we had stretches of coffee plantation. And on other side we had lush green paddy fields, rivers and misty mountains. One of the the many water bodies/waterfalls.

Our next break was just before a small village. We had breathtaking view of misty mountains on our side.
We couldn't help but stop, imbibe, admire and the capture the captivating view.

Day 2 pics continued....
Our next stop was close to Chintapalle. What a sight it was. A jungle on left side and mesmerizing view on the right.... Though the route till now and further were not good by any standards, but heck ya, everything was worth it.

Our next destination was hill top of Chintapalle... because of numerous stops, the 300-350 odd kms
were taking its sweet time. Not that we were regretting
.But it was very important to cross Paderu(post
hill top because its naxal infested area. We were hoping to cross Paderu but...
in day time.

Finally after lots and lots of rejuvenating break, we reach hill top. The view from hill top was breath taking. Clouds passing by and hills all around were so soothing. Spent some substantial time there and thoroughly enjoyed the last big break of the day.

Unmukt

Soon we reached Paderu. Paderu is pretty famous for it's lengthy stretches of coffee plantation. Meanwhile, we were stopped by a platoon marching with AK47s(Paderu is naxal infested area). Upon verification, they politely asked us to cross Paderu before sun set. We tried to reach Araku soonest and after a short break at Paderu, we finally stopped at Araku. Last set of pics for Day 2.

That's all for the day
We ll come up with Day 3 story.

Day 3- Araku exploration
Covered around 120 Kms around Araku. Explored Araku, Borra Caves, Ananthagiri hills, waterfalls, Tribal museum and Coffee Museum.Added attraction Bamboo chicken(iff it's
authentic). Riding in heavy rain on Araku hills was a very difficult and different experience. The only regret was we had to skip ample photography.
PS:Stay at any AP Tourism resorts. We stayed at AP Tourism Mayuri resorts. They have ample parking for vehicles inside the compound.
You can't ask for a better morning.... Sluggish start of the day, sipping a cup of coffee and admiring nature around....

View from our

Vinfred cleaning our bikes after an epic ride through Alluri forest range.

And it rained for a while in morning....

We had an eventful day ahead. More pics to come..
