    [Photo Feature]: Ladakh 2013, a dream come true

    Ladakh, every biker's dream destination.. After dreaming of it for 2 years, I was able to bring it to reality this year on my 2.5 year 36k km old Apache RTR 160.. (well 2 years isn't a big time for ladakh, I consider myself extremely lucky for having such a short waiting period)

    This was an exhilarating experience over 20 days and 3000 kms.. The journey that started with 11 people with 4 of us completing all the way to the end.. Experienced the extremities of rainfall, snowfall, cold and heat.. Met some wonderful people on the way.. Made new friends.. Learnt new lessons..

    A wonderful journey with some of my best friends.. Memories to cherish for a lifetime..

        I liked the 1st and last picture. Must have been fun to drive through those roads I guess...
        My DIY(s) - Sprocket bearing change | Paint job | Custom speedo dial

        Getting angry at somebody is the same as getting angry with a bike that just won't go. You should stop and start thinking.
        A good mechanic will let you watch even without charging you for it. |
        It is funny to know that we've been imitated and copied so well         and surprising when we notice our mistakes are copied as well.

                Man there are so many places in India which are much better than abroad.. but people just don't understand it
                Whereas the Indian Terrains are more difficult ranging upto 18300 feet altitude although equally beautiful compared to other parts of the world, there is lot more that can be explored in Himalayas ranging from Kashmir to Arunachal in a lifetime.

                          I took the train from Mumbai to Ludhiana and started the road trip from manali side.. Returned via srinagar - jammu and boarded train from Delhi..
