This trip was indeed planned , unplanned and then re-planned, with people joining in at the last moment(read prakashray412 ).Honestly there was a point when i was the only one up for this trip.Thank you for making this happen.

After spending some nice quality and fun time here decided to move on around 10:30 AM

You should have stopped and given them a piece of your mind. People like him tarnish the image of peaceful , sane and sedate riders like us.

Quick sprint forward and he flags me to stop (I was a little worried cause as far as i knew we were all riding fine) Says enough natak it's not safe (which to this point the rest of us disagree) Disappointed we continure reach bandipur (a little before six) stopped, had a nice long break with some not so appropriate bakar.
Keeping the fact in mind they were at bandipur and clicking animals, i see no anomaly in them clicking you. you were indeed the rite subject.

BTW really nicely written. Really loved it.

Very good travelogue bro... Actually I was also there in Ooty that day riding solo from Coimbatore and returned home in the afternoon itself which was only a 230 kms trip.I took this route https://goo.gl/maps/2y5cZ, I did this trip just to cool off my head and i happen see some three riders on KTM Duke 390 in full riding gears with KA registration while i was parking my motorcycle in Dhoddabetta, I thought of talking with them but they were packing their stuffs and leaving so i didn't reach them to have a conversation but i heard them saying something about the "LONE WOLF" tag on my motorcycle visor and about myself.
If i was known about your ride plan then, i could have met you guys
If you ride like there's no tomorrow there won't be...

It just amazes me at times, how small the world is anyways the Dukers you spotted was definitely not a part of the group I was riding with.

Guess you must have run into phanikar and the others.

However next time if our paths do happen to cross, will keep in mind the lone wolf sticker

If it was near doddabetta , we were 6 of us passing that way(1D390, 1D200,2zmas,1FZ1,1FZ16) with only one zma bearing the KA plate. We had a small re grouping at doddabetta junction, but we didn't enter the doddabetta parking at all. So most likely it was not one of us. Might be another group who might have ridden to ooty around the same time.
