On your way up, any reason for avoiding the regular calicut route of Gundulpet, Wayanad, Kalpetta, Adivaram, Tamaracherry, Kunnamangalam, Calicut?

Me and Ninja had so much leaning and bending on those curves since we missed riding like that while going towards Calicut. It was a good decision because this route through Bandipur has lesser traffic flow than the Ooty route.

Eric was soo exited that he enacted a scene from Dilwale Dulhaniya Je Jaayege..

The Vietnamese remake of DDLJ

Cruising along the Mysore-Bangalore highway we spot 2 more tourers . On a closer inspection.. ;p they turned out to be friends of ours.. Chetan and his brother returning from Coorg. We ride together and stop at Mc-Donalds.

It was a pleasant surprise meeting Chetan and his brother. With new company it made the return ride more enjoyable.

Guys great log and photographs - the fun you had on this trip seeps through the pictures you took!

Beautiful Kerala - haven't toured it yet on a motorcycle, will love to do that soon...first I have to finish my B-I-G solo one in the next couple of months or so
