Hey Ketan,
You have done a marvellous task dude..!! A great applaud to you man.
You have not 'gained', but 'earned' a lifetime respect mate.. Hats off to you. The log was just incredible. Seriously touched my heart & you overcoming so many obstacles was an indeed tough thing. You set an example of how a human being can overcome hurdles, once he 'believes in himself' & strongly determined. It wasnt easy, but nothing is impossible-- You showed it..!! We usually tend to know what a bike can do, but this kind of endurance test is to showcase, what a 'biker' can do.
Respect u dude...
One general question : I read the tough roads around hubli. Why not riding towards North is considered to achieve this kind of records. The roads are superb for more than 1500kms.
You have really made me restless now
.

Thanks a lot Rachit! Getting such words from a person who has been through one of the toughest rides in the world - getting Leh'd - really means something to me.Originally posted by rachitkohli View PostHey Ketan,

You are absolutely correct. Even I felt some where that my choice of road was wrong. But the reason why I chose the same road was, because though the bad patch will slow me down considerably, I can attain max. MAX speed on the rest of the roads because we had used the road recently and it was vivid clear in my mind. Where as while riding on a totally new road would have meant being extra cautious from start to end. Sort of pressure on the mind.
But alas, God can crash your full proof plans in minutes
I was made to ride on the familiar roads with ultra cautious mind because of the resurfacing
. No matter how well you plan, it's the destiny that decided the end result.
Thanks friend. Well yes, that's because my initial aim was to achieve Saddle Sore 2000K which has remained incompleteOriginally posted by kurtrules View PostThey need it in 24. You did it in 22 hours! So you are more of a Bronze Butt!
Congratulations galore!
. If I had some more time and had I not lost the time due to bleeding and other reasons I would have pushed harder to try and get saddle sore 2000K.
Damn!
Thanks Brother!Originally posted by born2lead View PostCongratulations Dude.
