They if you feel like now I am ready, do a few rounds with full luggage to get more in sync with the bike.
Leh isn't forgiving when it comes to punish. Go unprepared and it will be a nightmare.

I hope you will seek to learn from the advice given to you by the members and not bring any type of ego in between.
    I appreciate your advice.
Chill ! there is no such thing "ego"
You are right I should start from a lesser distance.
Actually I did a 155km approx. ride toward Digha (a sea shore) 'alone' by making a single hault.
    Neways, Thank You.

I'm currently working in Chennai and own a Karizma. Those who are interested in this adventure, please contact me so that we can discuss and work things out.

I personally would say that Busa is not the right choice for Leh (petrol issue, dirt, nallas, ground clearance, slush). But yes you can ride till Delhi on busa, give it to KRP for servicing till the time you are back and rent a bike from Karol Bagh for the Leh Ride.

Here is the map which you can take. I have marked it from Jammu to Kargil. Most part is same, but the diversion is in between.
from Jammu, we go towards Rajaori and the Mughal road starts from there. And in meets with the normal route in Shopain (just near Srinagar city)

If you know someone who has done the Mughal Car Rally, he can tell better if this route is worth going to or not.
I have heard from my uncle that i am sharing here and that was many years back.
And this route passes very close to the LOC (Rajaori is a border village)

Will try some. but i don't think its till drass. It bypasses Jammu and reaches kashmir (very near Srinagar city) giving you a chance to see less visited places/roads.
will get back in the evening.
