Sure! and yeah that route is tentative, i have not fixated on that route alone, everything is in planning mode now. While returning from Leh i might also take the SACH PASS route if it is open by then....Originally posted by anu_rag View Postthnx for the quick approval[emoji13] [emoji13]

Re: Leh Ladakh 2017 Planning Thread
We are planning for Ladakh for the first time this august. Two guys on a Pulsar 180 and a CBR 250.
We have prepared an initial draft route of the trip and as such need help on if this is actually doable or not. We are looking forward to camping with our own tents.
Your suggestions and advises required.

Re: Planing for a ride from delhi to leh on 100cc bike
I have seen a discover 125 on the route with a pillion climbing up the Chang la. However, on a 100cc bike, it will be very very difficult with pillion and luggage. It might be doable, but you are looking at a crazy adventure and probably some pulling/towing too.Originally posted by Pawan Kumar Shakya View PostI am planing for a bike ride to leh/ladakh on a 100cc bike with my wife on our first anniversary -- but little worried about it will it be a good Idea to go on a 100cc bike (bajaj platina)
One small 'wire in carb' modification might be needed at higher altitudes. Can be done at Leh.
