    7.5 K for a pair is a good deal!

You have up-sized the front to 110 profile, how does the bikes handling feels like? Did you up size the rear as well or you stuck to the stock 130 profile?

Wow!!! 7500 for the pair is quite a good deal. When I inquired about the 140 and 110, they quoted me close to 10,000 for the pair here in Pune.

I have not upsized. Front is still 100/80 & difficult to comment on handling as I had given my bike for Service on Saturday, so it feels butter smooth now. Once I run her for 500kms then will get to know more about the tyres.

With little more effort it can easily be purchased for even lesser price. It's just that I don't get much time out from office & studies so had to get it done that day itself. Still, overall it was a good deal

Michelin pilot street radial offers 110/70 - 17 as the only option for front, how did you get it in 100/80 stock profile?

Guys plz suggest some good tyres for pulsar 200ns, i am fed up with the stock tyres.
All i am seeking is Grip, i know michelins are best in the business at the moment, but i want to know other options as well thanks to my not so deep pockets.

Also the stock spec for tyres for ns 100/80 front and 130/70 rear, so if i go for 110/70 front and 140/70 rear, is it going to spoil the handling??

Mrf will be a good option too. Regarding upsizing, in general if u want to upsize front tyre by one , u need to upsize rear size by two.
But it is not advisable to do so because the performance will be affected. But u can upsize the rear alone which will improve cornering which results in more sharper turning. Just make sure u don't increase the overall tyre height by considerable margin.

Hello friends, I am planning for leh trip in coming june with pillion on my Yamaha Fazer 150 cc. Bike is 5500km old till now.
I want to know if stock mfr Revz tyre of fazer can do this trip?
if not, then for which tyre i should go.
I don't want complete offroad tyre as i intend to use it after leh also for my daily riding.
I also havn't found any dual purpose tyre with 140/60-17 tyre profile. Don't want to upsize tyre as i can't afford powerloss (its already not much in fazer).
Tyres i found after searching over web are mrf meteor and ceat vertigo sport, but don't know about their sizes.
                            Members, kindly suggest solution.

AFAIK Revz(s) have performed well in the terrain in the past, and will most likely continue to do so. I would suggest you to complete the trip and then possibly go for a change, provided your tires are sufficiently worn. Of course, there are better tires but when your existing setup can handle the task why waste it?! My thoughts only; rest is up to you!

Ride in the right pressures and keep a tab on the existing punctures/repair them. It's a medium compound with more inclination towards the softer side of a rating scale - i.e. good grip compensated by the proneness to punctures on extreme terrains.

thanks for your suggestion. I was also thinking to do this trip on stock tyres, but was not sure of its performance in that terrain. Though i have seen some pics of fz16 with stock revz on google.
