Meguiars is synonymous with classic car restoration and likewise. I have not used their products, but word of mouth/neutral forums are always praise worthy of Collinite family than Meguiars. Meguiars products are flashy and eye catching, unlike dull and sober looking bottle and tins of Collinite.Originally posted by siddharthsure View Post

Engine Degreasing and Shine restoring
Guys , After washing and degreasing my engine this week , I was thinking how to restore the black jet shine of engine .. On this regard i decided to buy Waxpol Silicone Polish (White red bottle) It looked to me like kerosene at first look.. On applying it on body panel , the shine wasnt that great .. But when i applied it on engine .. Voila engine shines so black.. I used a toothbrush and a paint brush to apply the liquid .. All in All this product is really good for engine shine and alloys ...http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/images/smilies/smile.png

Directions must have written on the back, but normally all the polished being buffed when it becomes slightly haze within 1~2 minutes. If u wait more, u are not going to get better results, but in fact it will become headache for you to buff it. You can wait a bit if you have buffing machine, but unless you are going to buff with your hands than don't wait more, otherwise u'll loose all your calories in buffing it and results will not be much noticeable.Originally posted by siddharthsure View PostGot collinite 476s for my R15 V2... Every guys have different views for their polishes. Some thought that buying costly polishes will give better results but cheaper polishes are also not bad even (pls don't take it upon u, i'm just giving my opinion). For example Waxpol scooter polish gives very best smooth & awesome result. Some people don't prefer it because its cheap. But the fact its cheap because its an Indian product and not imported.
Here is my bike wax with waxpol scotter polish (click on the photo to see the larger view)

Here is the another one.
BTW, how much you have paid for it? Its weight?| SOL 68s | Rynox Tornado Pro | Rynox Advento | Cramster TRG2 | Scoyco MC20 | Hero 5 and SJ6 |
