i have a vega boolean but plan to upgrade.. i had gone window shopping for helmets today.. I saw a few helmets.. And now confused between 2 helmets.
1st one is a vega helmet. The guy at balaji helmets said that its the new imported vega.
He quoted 3800rs.. But he finally settled for 3000rs.. But i have heard of balaii's reputation.. So went to helmet paradise. He also said that model was imported and its new and quoted 3.8k..
And i also saw a cross helmet which after bargaining came upto 3k..
I have attached the pics for the both. Are the prices ok? If so, which one should i go for, if not how much is the correct prices..
Also suggest other good helmets in the range of 3-4k..thanks..

I have got the cross one from jaipur for 2700 rs with matt finish so you can try more bargaining regarding it

I am searching for a helmet looking best on my green baby ninja which i may be getting by saturday. Please can anyone tell me which helmet will be best for the green ninja . I forgot to see the model name.. Will check again.. The guy said that it meets dot standards.. He said its new model by vega and its not manufactured by vega india..
So i doubt his claim coz one vega site i checked dint have this model..

i got the all black vega for a very low price from Pioneer today...U can get it for 2500 or less if u know to bargain...Am not that good a bargainer so i dont know the ways to bargain well...

On a side note-He gets the helmets for 2300 and sells at 2.9

Haven't really tested it or anything...Went for a short ride in the night...Will wear it 2mrw and go for a long ride and see how it fares
It dosen't have any markings of DOT or ISI but i visited many shops and few had only one piece and they said more are yet to come...
it came along with a vega bag...Model no was something FP-10(written in the box)...Cant find it in vega's site ...The plastic dosent feel cheap or flimsy...Liking the fit and finish...All the shop-keepers said its an imported Helmet with vega's logo...

Xbhpians from Chennai know any guy who can mod a helmet with graphics or logos? ...

Had lost my lid, few days back. Had buy it urgently. Bought this one for 3400 bucks.. does any body has any idea regarding this one? The built quality seems to be good and comparable to other helmets in the same price range. Inner shades are good and thick and the air wents work perfectly.

I got maself a new AGV GP-1 helmet from Auto Queen, Cochin. Cost me 6k. Clear visor - but just like the vendor said, its has almost no glare... It feels like I have not put the visor down... so clear... just like normal vision... I'll upload pics tomm
