Yeah, got it with the clear visor. Funny thing is I've ridden only twice with the helmet it feels kind of loose already. It fitted me perfectly in the shop and when I tried it at home Might be because of the sweat cap which I was wearing. But it's not so loose that it feels uncomfortable. It feels very fine and gives you a sense of security

The downside of this helmet is the strap. It SUCKS!! It's really old school and it takes ages to get it through 2 loops to strap it on Hope you get one yours soon. Go for Sparx if you can afford one. Reeks of quality! But just make sure that it suits you. They look like huge melons on my head

Hmmm... I thought the D-rings are supposed to be good ... takes some time getting used to , but after that it's really good ...

did u get an extra visor with the lid ?

P.S : A sparX would be double my budget and a bit more ... so I was also looking at the LS2 , but didn't like the graphics on it ... maybe the phobia , or a cross , but it still has to wait only by next month will I be able to get it

            • I wand to replace my Daijya with LS2 (Currently best VFM ) but m skeptical about quality of LS2 Dragon , as LS2 Dragon (FF301) is not mentioned on LS2's website ... (LS2 Helmets) ... FF350 is from what I have read entry level helmet , (Source: LS2 HELMETS part 1: FF350, FF366, MX433V - full face & motard - Motorcycle Philippines - The #1 Motoring Enthusiast Community in the Country)

So I have decided to go for FF366 model , but its XL size does not fit me (FF350 L = FF366 XL size) , and Probiker dude (Pune) dont seem to stock XXL size ... Can anybody who have bought FF366 model can confirm whether XXL size is available in India or not ??

The skull cap does make the padding a bit loose, as the pads break-in with the skull cap in place. You will typically need to wear the skull cap always, to ensure a snug fit if you have used a skull cap several times.
You can also try a balaclava. Cramster have started selling these at 200 bucks, and they are good VFM.

The buckle you are talking about is actually more secure and is present in KBC & Sparx helmets (not aware about bigger brands, but pretty sure even they would). Like Nand15 mentioned, you will get used to it soon.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

                  Because it is very safe.

The new school 'click' ones are found in 'Made in India' helmets only and in the unfortunate event of a crash, might snap off.

The D rings are very safe and is used by all(worth their salt) helmet manufacturers.

SparX as as any good helmet has D rings. I agree initially it takes getting used to the D-rings, but once you have gotten hold of it, you won't really complaint.

the ls2 dragon FF301 seems to be a vega model to cater to the low end segment. so i think its better to spend extra for ff350 only,
plus-that philipino site mentions the rate as 2500 rs .look like the indian dealers r ripping us guys off.( what language are they writing in ,did i hear someone fool say that the pinoys were taking away the bpo jobs,)

ps - i have seen a lagarto 2 in xl in balaji helmet place ,no xxl

No, didn't get an extra visor. It seems an extra visor costs Rs.420!!! Anyway, I prefer to use my shades. Need to get used to it that's all. Are you talking about the LS2 Phobia or the Carbon Phobia? The Carbon Phobia is Motocross type helmet.

Yeah, tried with the skull cap again today and it fits fine On a Sparx, I saw this quick release type system. It's a small piece of plastic with serrated edge on one side and locks up at different teeth levels. There is a tiny red ribbon, when tugged unbuckles the helmet. n_aditya has this for his helmet if I remember right.
