i'll go to Delhi personally to get one by end of this month.. what if the size is tight or loose.. can't take risk on my 5k

i have finalized on SOL SF1 or SOL SL68 ||.. will buy the one which gives a better fit..
the budget problem has been fixed.. yuu huuu
its a good choice na.. or should i consider others.. the budget can't get any more higher.. its air-tight now..

For that price, i think you can get a sparx, do check it out.

Err any one heard of TIH helmets ? Wanted to replace my LS2, was looking for Cross helmets and this one caught my eye in the shop. Didnt know which model it was, but had a price tag of 3.2k and felt light. Any one have this brand of helmet ? Are they any good ?

TIH helmets are subsidiary of THH helmets made in Taiwan. They seem to have good reviews online. I have checked them out at helmet shops here and the build quality even felt better than my 1 year old LS2.

Since you are specially coming to Delhi for helmet i would suggest that you check for stock availability in advance. I wanted to buy SL-68S unicorn but was out of stock hence went for the SF-1.

Since you are specially coming to Delhi for helmet i would suggest that you check for stock availability in advance. I wanted to buy SL-68S unicorn but was out of stock hence went for the SF-1.

Yes, I know you had suggested to apply vaseline at your own discretion. My mistake in mentioning the manual, but I was just posting that I read it and not in opposition to your advice

I'll just ignore that creaking for now, anyway am not hearing it while in traffic ... only while cleaning at home

I haven't used any other helmet as such, but I don't think the problem is with the tightness of my Airoh. I bought XL size, was too snug initially, but it broke in soon. Yes, it isn't loose ... I do have to firmly push the helmet down (I suppose it should be that way?), but after wearing it am not feeling any over-tightness of the inner layers/pads on my face or head. I still feel the problem is the ventilation combined with my face/body's tendency to heat up/sweat immediately. But, from your experience, it is quite possible that you are right. Maybe, helmets are meant to be a little looser ... I'll know when I buy a new one some day i guess will have to continue to break in and adjust till then.

First off, sorry for the late reply, was busy for a while. Coming to your point, indeed it is, you'll have to apply a little pressure for it to go in mostly due to the way the padding is, and then it fits excellently, but that is where my grim reaper hovers, too tight. Bachoo Motors were so insisting to sell me the L even though I pestered them for the XL, but so far it's only promises written in water. But yes, that's the way they are supposed to fit and glad you went for an XL.
