LS2 Cost
Hi ,Originally posted by Vishwas Bharadwaj View PostI'm interested in the LS2 range and like the all white one.
What would be the approximate cost?
I Bought an LS2 ( Evil Twin - glossy finish) previous week, From Megha Enterprises opp MTR Hotel, Lalbagh Road, Bangalore
They initially Said 3250-3500 ( for the helmets on display there were atleast 12 of them) , finally got it for 2800. I did opt for a slightly Tinted Visor ( which they said is Day-Night ) which could compensate for my aviators .
Yes There were some white models.
Let me know if you want a pic to be uploaded."A bike on the road is worth two in the shed"

LS2 Phobia
Rahul,Originally posted by Rahulbarik View PostWhat helmets can i get within 2.5k? Should be full face.... I am thinking ls2 phobia...want to know other options as well...shud have a nose guard(for fancy looks) How much phobia costs now...?
LS2 which I saw in Bangalore ( Sorry, Do not know Kolkata prices) ranges in 3250-3500 , for which they are ready to offer 10-15% discounts . So you could stretch a bit your budget by 300-400 Rs you should be be able go land an LS2. ( May get it cheaper too).
But Since you are phobia that you are looking for I have seen a link in ebay . ( Mods Please remove it if I am breaking any xbhp laws)

He gave me for 2.8K ( I am not so good in negotiating), you might get it for 2500 or less depending upon your Business skills.Originally posted by Vishwas Bharadwaj View PostThank you for the response, bluejoy.

I am not sure of how much AGV Costs, it sure is a killer Brand..Originally posted by Rahulbarik View Postin kolkata phobia is now 2.8k...hez not ready to negotiate at any cost...so i think price is okay...and ls2 dragon costs 3.5k... Any xbhpian ( Who has an AGV) should be able to help here.
SOL and other brands costs arnd 4000-5500Rs ( not sure of the prices, remember vaguely).
But Please make sure you dont compromise on quality looking for a slight budget cut ( I know its a bit stiff now) , but once you bought any DOT or ECE certified helmets you sure wont regret it bro."A bike on the road is worth two in the shed"

Does anybody know if i can get the LS2 for under or around 2.5k in Delh? If yes then where please advise.
@ all owners of expensive headgear (LS2 / SOL etc.) while parking outside do you strap your helmet to the bike ? if yes then how do you do it via normal helmet locker or some other kind or lock.
And also how to you take care of your helmets - i mean cleaning, polishing etc.etc.

Be it expensive or not, I never leave my helmet unattended. IMO those bulky looking locks are of no use, I can break them easily, then think about mischief makersOriginally posted by sunilyo View Post@ all owners of expensive headgear (LS2 / SOL etc.) while parking outside do you strap your helmet to the bike ? if yes then how do you do it via normal helmet locker or some other kind or lock.

Even i agree with your view about helmet locks. But there are situations where we cannot or would not like to carry our helmets along, so what do we in such situations.
Did you mean colin (household one?) or Collinite wax? I read somewhere on this as well as other forums that cleaning with colin is not good for clearcoat on bikes so i guess it will have similar results on the helmets as well. Though the process might be slow.Last edited by sunilyo; 07-28-2012, 01:49 PM.
