Did you mean to say Sparx Pow Helmet? If that's it then, SparX are good helmets, but if known you're getting them for a genuine reseller. SparX fake is sold at 2.5k-ish range all the way to 6 to 8k range.

In general, SparX is a good helmet. Many people here have used SparX and recently one of my dear friend too has got himself a SparX helmet. SparX has liveries as their sweetspot, which attracts the youngsters ( I am an youngster too ) and their beautifully done paintjob.

But overall, I'd say if you like SparX then go for it.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

Vijay bro, a shop at cochin is offering it for 4.9k,
As we all knew that it is the cheapest rate we've ever heard...how can we spot the fake ones...this doesn't seems like a fake one

Macha..!! Sparx , I have tried it out for some 500kms now. No high speed performance review, but at low speed the wind noise is much lesser than a ls2 , but not any kind of highly significant noise cancellation, which is a good thing, i'd like to hear whats happening behind me too.
The paddings are top notch and they stay tight and snug, unlike the LS2 which starts giving room for a finger or two to squeeze through your head and the padding(like in case you wanted to scratch your cheek with the helmet on), which is not possible on the sparx, which again is a good thing, the snug fit.
The visors have ventilation ducts to prevent fogging up of visors, haven't tested mine in rain yet, but if it hold good it's a big + point . This is my observation so far, and as Vijay said, the paint jobs are kickass..!!! You also get a pair of ear plugs free , so if you want to further reduce wind noise, that's again possible.

Hehe..!!! machane..!! You too going for sparx ?? Kewl..!!

They seem original alright, the quality of the visor, paddings and the paint job all gives me good hope and also since i got it from DJ, i think i can trust him over our old place.

And also the certification is a embrossed one with clear coat over it , rather than sticker ones we found in LS2 , that again a reason for god hope.

Vishnu da, within 8k you have a few options.

HJC(7.5k with cousior will come to 8k) from PRS

                Sparx 5k, from DJ

                KBC no idea of dealers

SOL from DJ or spartan directly themselves

All these are good options, of which I have personal experience with SOL and sparx, and I would choose Sparx of the two, price wise and weight and feel wise, i would go with the sparx.

If you can get HJC all the better mate, but the options on graphis and designs are very limited within the range of 8k.

Will give you the link the the HJC ones in a few minutes

That's the catch. Trust me, for some reason, getting it from a reputed reseller even though it's a tad costlier gives you complete peace of mind. It indeed is real hard to spot a fake from genuine. But *nuancing* like the very tiny details can tell a lot from a fake to a geniune. Just on top, they're just the same or even better. As they say, the devil is in the details.

Look no other than HJC or KBC at that price or the AIROH. HJC is just one helluva of a good helmet, all sold by PRS. But why not consider SOL, starts at a decent affordable range and has gotten good reviews.

It depends da. How much are you willing to spend, now the only issue is the paint scheme that you are looking for. Let me search a bit for the red white combo, I don't remember seeing such combo on the airoh(but airoh has many other kickass combos) , KBC has read white black mix, but not so appealing and i have no idea about kbc.

Note: The reason we are so bent on color scheme now is, all the brands that is in consideration are top notch products, so now all that remains is the color scheme. While choosing for budget products, check quality first and then the visually appealing factor.

Tell you what, don't go for something that's simply pricey Vishnu. From the posts you've quoted, it's so disappointing to see, you're so over to get the costliest stuff possible. To keep it simple. Of course I understand everyone wants their first helmet to be kick ass one, but if you're into pure decals, you can try SparX, LS2 and SOL though the former and the latter has good decal designs and at an affordable price and best of all, in case anything bad happens ( just in case warranty) these guys are near and dear to get it replaced.

                                THE END
