I've been contacting them every day since the promised delivery day. Now I'm familiar with a few folks in the customer service department and their shift timings.

Anyway, cancelled the order and the refund is being processed.

And now you'll get familiar with even more of their customer service and management staff and shift timings getting a refund. This is why I don't order online.

I went to karol bagh, delhi to buy a new helmet for daily riding purpose today. I found out that the market is full of fake ls2 retailing for as low as 2800/-
I also saw Thh helmets and they all had Thh stickers and they were not painted below clear coat. I honestly think that they all were fake or may be Thh is buying helmets from some supplier and then rebranding them.

These are the pictures of my current collection(excluding one open face which i use while riding dad's activa).

          • MT OPTIMUS Solid Nero

bought a MT OPTIMUS Solid Nero from Helmetworld, Trivandrum (Kerala), INR 5200.

Smooth Modular Flipup, Good Ventilation(chin and top) and Dynamics.

Dealer offered me Cooling Visor for 300 and Iridium visor for 900. (not sure if its MT or OEM)

Have you ever tried them before commenting? I am not here to sing their praises but Amazon are the best in terms of customer services out of all the online retailers I have dealt with(during my time abroad).

Refunds should hit his bank account within a maximum of 5 working days without any chasing up on the user's part.

People who order on Amazon (including me) will keep ordering stuff on Amazon and those who never ordered from them will probably still not do so in the future. My comment (which was intended as a joke) changes nothing nor misleads anyone in the slightest.
It doesn't matter whether you like Amazon or not or if you're their biggest fan. Why on earth did you feel the need to defend them at all?
I don't get it. Plus its off topic so I think we should refrain from further engaging in this conversation.
Customer care in the business sector is notorious for failing to stick to the schedule of return and refund. And hence people JOKE about them. Take it lightly bro.

But they made an exception on my case when I discussed the issue. They agreed to do an exchange straight away from the supplier if he agreed. (Note: they dont have size M listed on their site). Spoke to PlanetDSG directly. They straight away refused saying size M is out of stock and will be back only in December. What's worse, their official website says size M is in stock and when my friends here rode all the way to Mumbai and Pune to their stores, also vouched for their availability. Sad behavior by Planet DSG. Disappointed.

I was about to buy their new offering the EVO. Think I'll just go with what the world is going with, iCarus from Spartan.

P.S.: If anyone wants the Kyt red/white Samurai size L, its available with me for Rs2800. Current market price is 3500INR. Contact me on 9510033244, I'm based out of Surat. Holding it till Wednesday after which I'll raise a Refund Request.
By any chance, are you the one who left the same review on the KYT samurai helmet on Amazon saying it is one size off? I am concerned now because I am away from home at the moment and didn't get a chance to try the KYT RC7 Provent on me yet after it's delivery.

                          hello
Recently i bought a kbc helmet from chopra automobile, karol Bagh. I went there to purchase SOL helmets as meandering india, vasant kunj was not stocking SOl helmets. At chopra i met with owners son, he was very helpful guy and knowledgeable too. They didn't had much SOL stock that day and he showed me a KBC magnum eagle helmet. I checked it and found it way better than SOL helmet which i was looking, he convinced me that it's a original helmet and all usual chit chat. After 1 hour i ended up paying 6500 bucks for KBC helmet with bill. After reaching home i checked in internet nd found it is snell certified and is also available online in india at 12600 bucks. Till now i am happy with helmet but still need helmet gurus to plz look at pictures and comment.

The shop owner is a good guy to talk to. Knows the technical thing, and also does good business.

I'd recommend him. btw, he's here on xBhp, by his shop name.
