Need help with a new helmet

Well so i recently upgraded to a ninja 650 and that made me dig up all my riding gear and i found that my old daijya helmet is in a pretty bad shape. So coming to the topic i need a new helmet and i am willing to dish out around 7-8k for one. I saw a brand named "KYT" at the local DSG store but i have no idea about how good the brand actually is. So any suggestions are welcome based on user experience and also i would like to hear if any other brands are good which fit my price range.
I would also like to purchase riding pants / knee guards. Any suggestions on those will be appreciated as well.

you can opt for MT or LS2,both are good brands,riding pants dsg is good option,price around 6,000 ,knee guards cramsters

I tried contacting the number but it was switched off. I need a spare visor (clear glass preferred). It is not available in Bangalore.
I have a SOL Metal Man 2. I presume the visor mechanism is the same.

Can you ship one to me? I'll transfer the money to your account (details needed) before hand if you wish. We can take this over PM too.
Else, would the seller ship/courier it to me? Anything would be ok with me.

KYT is a good product. Up your budget a bit and you can look at Sparx/KBC/HJC too. Else, there are a few MT helmets too for 6k odd.
Riding pants from Spartan and Cramster are decent. Their cost is in 5.5k-6k range.

Yes. The visor mounting mech is same in Sol metalman and 68sII. I saw the metalman at the shop from which i bought my hornet.
