Helmet Size

Hey guys, I want to get some good helmet from US. Any of u know, any standard way to measure the size. I have read like Cap Size in inches and M,L,XL, but how do we meansure that?

Put an inchtape around your forehead, just above your eyebrows&measure!

My New Cross Helmet...

Well just got a new cross helmet for myself. Really liked the built and did a lot of study of the standards they qualify.
This one is ECE certified.
I dont know if we get Snell standard helmets easily in India.
They must be very costly too.

Got it for Rs. 3500.
Love black so its full black soft touch finish with silver visor.
Just thought to share my acquisition.


Safety is all that we need whether at 40 or at 140...

heard about ISI,DOT,SNELL and some more both never ECE...
is DOT called ECE in Europe..??

if its genuine KBC and u bought it in India then u got it cheap....generally they are like Rs.11,000 onwards.

To all cross helmet owners

Guys can you kindly , post the name of the company which manufacture cross helmets.the information should be on the tags that you get with these helmets.and if possible their web address as well. yesterday i was searching for the cross brand on the net and to my surprise i didnt find any cross helmet. infact what the search engine listed as cross are actually motorcross helmets from various manufacturers. iam planning to buy a cross and that's why i want to verify whether the safety ratings given on the helmet are genuine.

Genuine KBC guys, model TK8, 2008. Only problem is that the model is now discontinued Probably the cheapest of the KBCs
