Its pretty simple:

1) Save the image
2) Open the image in "microsoft picture manager"
3) edit
4) define its height and width.
5) save it
6) upload and paste here again

Then you can also upload on a 3rd party site like Photobucket or flickr. Once uploaded go to edit images option and edit the size there.

Guys in Mumbai, could you please suggest stores round Malad - from Andheri West to Borivili West. I am going to pick a helmet on Saturday. My budget is up to 3K, and a super plain design, like Vega Boolean.
