vega boolean : Rs.1600 with a neat white cover. the inner visor is great even though i wear specs. was looking for a red with black colour combo(dinosaur from vegas site), but settled for matt black and red. tried rhyno here in chennai , but no one had it.

Which Helmet

Hi Guys,

I wanted to buy a new good quality helmet. My requirements are -

1) Full Faced helmet
2) Should have excellent protection (ie. should not shatter in an accident)
3) Design such that my face should not scrape the road during a fall.
4) The visor should be good for night driving (Anti glares could be useful).

Please advice what are good helmets that meet the above criterion. How are the Indian Brands like Studds, Steelbird etc...

I am not concerned with helmet colour or look. My budget it about 2K-2.5K.

Please advice.

For that range, you will get a decent AGV-MPA. Go for it eyes closed.

1.address-2 shops after mahalaxmi karol bagh
2.it isn't that heavy
3.visor is superb
4.noise is very minimal
it has two options entire black as in the pic and the one i got (refer to pics on page 318)mine is more of chrome

Hi ... I have the same lid .. and I got it for 3250 bucks ..

from Karol Bagh..

Good lid .. definitely a head-turner.. and been put to the test also .. had an accident last year .. in which i broke my collar bone... was doing 90-100 approx .. and the helmet saved me ... just a square inch of area of paint is gone where it contacted the road ..

P.S. btw i checked on the website .. and the actual price is 80 quids as far as i remember ..
