Studds Bravo/Vega Dominator/Studds Ninja 1st Gen. I prefer the 3rd one because it is flip-up&also padding is superior. Cost may vary from 800-1000, but all are in the same price range.Originally posted by harisubss View PostCan anyone suggest me a helmet within 1K? Thanks Sarvajit. I suppose I will look for the Studds Ninja 1st Gen in JC Road in Bangalore. Hopefully its available. Some time back I had enquired about the Studds Rhyno. The dealers at JC Road mentioned that the Studds Rhyno helmet is not available in Bangalore.Originally posted by Sarvajit View PostStudds Bravo/Vega Dominator/Studds Ninja 1st Gen. i will suggest to go for formula hp.(vega) light weight anti-scratch visors easy glass changing option n go for mat finish its paint is rubber mat scratch resistance paint which u find in only imported helmets,u can use two visor at a time i wont suggest u ninja because its jaw is very thin plastic looks not good for safety. if u wan studds only go for bravo.Originally posted by harisubss View PostThanks Sarvajit. Thanks probiker.pune.
Just searched around, the Vega Formula HP seems to be a VFM helmet in my budget. Will have to decide which one to buy. Are the visors available easily? I read about someone complaining about the availability of the visors in Bangalore. How much do the visors cost?

Formula HP is a good helmet, you can also check out Vega corah(plain ones) it will fit in your budget as well.

ya u can also think for corah but problem is in that u wont get easy glass changing option n its bit heavy than formula hp. its visor touch to the body of helmet when u open it so can create some scratchesOriginally posted by samschenker View Postgetting visors for Vega helmet is not really tough....the visor costs around 100Rs.

Confused Help
Reading few of the recent posts I'm pretty much confused... Does buying Studds Bravo over Ryhno makes sense in terms of comfort protection...??? And I'm having hard time finding them in bangalore...
For the same reason thought of purchasing it from ebay.in but their asking price for bravo is 995...??? Is it justifiable as Rhyno costs 1140... Can any1 help me out to purchase one...

eBay price for Rhyno seems to be high. Bravo is available for around Rs.800 in most shops.Originally posted by noel046 View PostReading few of the recent posts I'm pretty much confused... Personally I didn't like the fit of Bravo-it was too loose&would surely shake at higher speeds.
Rhyno was good.
There are some Vega basic models too, like Corah&Formula HP, but I generally advise people with bigger heads to go for Studds as I find Vega's designs very compact.Quench my thirst with gasoline!
