Saw an LS2 at a vega dealer here in Goa, it's the colour I want and the fit was very good, asking price is 2 grands, very tempted, i picked up a ninja 3g a few weeks back, not really happy with the fitting, might pick it up tomorrow and keep the 3g as a spare or for the Mrs. Is the Ls2 worth the money?

@ Shivank - Will find out about this in a couple of days & let you know. My take on this is that dealers enjoyed the premium positioning that LS2 helmets had and with the increased volumes & competition prices have started dropping.

I was checking out the helmets at Orion Motors a couple of days back and they are selling the same LS2 helmets that are available outside for 2.x k at 3.5 to 4.5k. When I told him about it, he didnt have an answer and could only smile.

I will be buying the lid only after you clarify it from your dealer.And if your dealer is selling the same helmet which happened to cost 3.5k+ sometime for 2.X k now,I am pretty much sure that all of the dealers are getting the same stock.I feel AOTR is playing marketing gimmick with us guys..

I got LS2 Dragon red/black for 3.7K with visor from Balaji, Bangalore.

its not just for ls2 models, i checked price for vega shadow,which costed me 3.5k 6months back. Now its available at autoqueen (kochin) for just 2.2k !!! (and they got new shades like matte black too.! guys its not duplicate its the real thing, i checked )

damn !!!! i bought the same from bangalore an year back for 3.2k as the same was quoted 3.8k here in tvm. when i went to sabu a couple of months back to get a cross lid for my friend, he told these vega helmets are no more available in market and when i asked for a spare visor for this, he said he cant get one too. now , when i checked with a dealer in trivandrum last week, 3 different shades of this same model were there in the latest stock and he agreed to get the spare visor for 500 bucks. but here the prices havent dropped so much, they are still asking 3.5k for all the models of this range.. Similarly, sabu of AQ was selling all cross n LS2 lid for 3.5k irrespective of the model or design .While bargaining on price, he simply tells that he is giving discount of 300 and the actual price is 3.8k . Anyways , as we are quite satisfied with the fit and finish of the product, we dont bother to quarrel with him on the later stages.

I got mine from 'spares helmets' and they still quotes 3.5k for this model. Its only at AQ that price is this low ,n interestingly cross and ls2 are still @ 3.5k there.
and visor is available here for 350rs at dj helmets/spares.(mercuri and rainbow shades ,no plane one )

Thanks dude, I picked it up today, the model is LS2, 'The big one', it's a perfect fit, with lots of ventilation, didn't even break a sweat! and it's become very humid, only thing is that it's got a tinted visor, no good for night riding, the shop doesn't have spare visors for it, but all in all great value for just 2k. It actualy gives me more confidence whilst riding, the padding around the jaw and towards the chin is great, I felt safe, for the first time in my two weeks of biking, the Ninja 3g gave me paranoia, if you have a fall and land face first a broken jaw/chin would be a high possibility.

Bluetooth helmet Vega Boolean

I just bought a bluetooth device for my helmet attaching the images. Dam U all must try this its amazing and the best thing to use while riding dont use both the speakers use only one its worth it. I got it for 1800 from the company direct billing to my address. Here is the packing and the helmet which i am using with it I hope u all will like it.
