Did you pay any duties or tax or any kind of amount for customs???
I mean when checking out luggage through the airport?

Goods for personal use up to Rs.25,000 are free from custom duty. So no duty was required to be paid.

Rjays...

guys which of these should i go for
1.Performance Racing Store. HJC FS-15 Trophy Helmets

or

2.Performance Racing Store. KBC VR-2R Atomic Motorcycle Helmets

Any other helmet at 15k worth looking out for?

If you are staying at Mumbai then check out the once at Bachoo Motors at Mumbai Central. Much lower priced, compared to your budget..
I use TSS Tour-Tech Matt Black - BIKES I RIDING GEAR I PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES I SPARES when I'm travelling & LS2 for daily use. Once you start using these, you won't feel like shifting back to any other. Real value for money...

Cheers,
Abhijit
