hi well i too have a boolean which unfortunately i bought and regret why did i buy it.

Well the story end here as boolean is kept in one corner with the other helmets. I love to collect them and do wear them i have studds ryno, gp1, studds ninja 2g flip latest purchase & vega Boolean flip shared the snaps and all the other half faces given to my staff i had 3 of them.

Well my first choice of wearing a helmet is studds ninja 2g dam good very comfy, then ryno another best brand worth it i have installed a Bluetooth to it wearing it only on Sundays in the evening when go for long trips, gp1 unable to wear as the glasses r broken and have to buy new one from delhi. ryno is my all time fav.. very good quality fitting etc.etc.

Is Steelbird still manufacturing the GP One range of helmets? I bought one way back in 2006, it was one of the best helmets you could get in India at that time. Rs 2500 is a little steep compared to the latest competition.

Thats what I thought. But Bindyesh managed to get one last month (posted on the previous page). Wish it were available in the price range of Rs 1500 to Rs 1750, it would be an excellent choice for buyers on a budget looking for a good solid helmet.

                    • You have got yourself the best Indian manufactured helmet. Has the best quality shell and padding i have come across, much better than the LS2s and Cross flooding the market off late. Wonder why Steelbird is not providing supplies to dealers.

BTW, can you please ask and let me know the price of the visor+visor mount and whether they have brought out the XL size lids or not? These GPones run a size lower usually[/QUOTE]

price of the visor is around 100rs when you buy it directly from factory.no idea about mount but will tell you soon and xl size is not available

                          • Guys will J.C Road be open on Sunday ??? need a new lid plus a visor for my other one ...

EDIT : yup shops were open , got my friend a cross entry level lid exactly like mine for 1.8k , could've gone lower but he was happy ... saw quite a few new designs from LS2 at about 2.9k onward , looked amazing ... saw a couple of GPr's , the guy said these were the re-christened GPone's ... had the same characteristic design .
