    Hello,

I am on the look out for a pair of riding gloves under a tight budget of around 700 rs. I have shortlisted two products online and here are the links:

    http://www.snapdeal.com/product/pro-biker-gloves-full-blue/541969

    http://www.snapdeal.com/product/monster-biker-glove/1538077087

I find there are discussions on very high quality riding gears going on here. Kindly help with this. My main requirements will be protection, comfort and damping of vibrations on handlebars during revving. Also it would be nice if the gloves have decent waterproofing during rainy rides (should not get soaked in water; its hard to find such gloves at this price range?). Please suggest some more better options at this price range and also link the URLs if possible.

    Thanks.

Both M and L sizes seemed similar, however I felt that the sleeves of the M size were a little longer than that of the L size.
My shirt size is 38-39. Any Triton owners please recommend which size do I buy!
It should not be loose in waist as well. And all riding gears too have \"run in\", they would go loose after few days of usage. So decide accordingly.

None of these are waterproof, or will give dampening from vibes. Protection wise, once they can save your knuckles but palms and other areas are still at risk.

Got myself Tourmaster Jett Series 3 jacket for $70 on sale via a friend who was kind enough to carry from US. He simply isn\'t into motorcycles and was quite surprised to see the weight of the jacket!!

The jacket has already been put to test with 250 km ride yesterday starting at 3 PM with sun shining bright and ending at 8 PM with chill winds blowing already.

The jacket is actually quite good quality considering the price. I had a chance to try DSG jackets earlier and I wasn\'t very happy about the fit and finish. This being at same price point, I was a bit worried. However, just seeing the jacket erased all my doubts.

The fabric looks good, the fit is near perfect and there two strap each on arms and one more for cuffs. These three straps mean that the jacket fits snug with all the armour falling into place nicely. I rode wearing removable warm liner but even then things didn\'t get uncomfortable in the sun. Of course the liner will be ditched in the summers.

The only grouse here is that the rain liner is non-removable. Instead, there are vents on shoulders which are zipped and can be opened to let air flow. Talking about rain, front zipper is covered nicely and so are other zippers as well. The jacket should hopefully be able to withstand rain.

There are a couple of pockets inside to securely house oddities such as mobile phone, wallet etc. The two outside pockets are again nice and deep. The phoslite strip running across the jackets lights up well at night. The tourmaster triangle at back glows bright. Below pic taken in dark room with flash shows the glowing triangle and the phoslite strip blow that.

            Hey guys,

Wanted to buy a knee protector which can be worn inside of jeans/pant.
            My budget is below 2000.
I've seen cramster knee protector-inner costing Rs1400. How is it? Can I walk around wearing it? Is there any size or it comes in free size?

A quick reply will be helpful as I'm going on a 200km trip within 2-3days.

            Thanks in advance.

Planning on buying the Vega off road helmet but some people say it moves sideways in speeds above 70+, is this true? Or should I go for Vega axor instead?

I guess the off road is DOT and ISI certified so I would like to know too why its not good for protection. The axor looks good but seems very claustrophobic with all that padding and not much room between the face and front portion of the helmet. I'm more inclined to the off road since it has good space and has bigger vents so I feel its well ventilated, but need some user views on both.

Sir, Spartan is not available in Guwahati and I want to buy it only after trying it.
Anyway, is Spartan knee guards are inner wear or outer wear?
I want an inner wear guard as I don't want to show it. And can I walk around wearing Spartan guard?

                      Thanks

                        Good offroad helmets are costly.
Most of the ones that we get are only show and no go.
Off road helmets are certified for off road. That is sand trails and soft earthen routes. Not tarred/concrete roads.

Hope I could clear the doubt!

Spartan Perseus are bionic knee guard...
                          These are worn under pants...
                          In my opinion...
These can worn like a knee cap which are used in medical treatment for knee pain or in sports for knee protection just like the socks...
And the main thing to known about this knee guard is they come with Knox armour... And washable...

Just one doubt, how will be the fit, I'm a bit afraid about fit only. What if fit will not be good?
And what's the price and is it CE approved?

These are universal fit... That means it fits everyone...
I am neither skinny nor medium... But more than skinny... So it very comfortable for me...
If you are on the fatter side... It would be little uncomfortable... Has the elastic may leave a marks on the leg...
Price is little over your budget... But its worth.. Has you buy only once for couple of years...
And these are CE rated Knox armour, Which is best in the price range..

                                REVIEW OF SPARTAN HELIOS:

Hi guys, Thought of writing a small review of Helios jacket that i got last week so that it may be helpful Got it from Spartan Experience shop at ECR.

                                Shopping Experience:
                                > Took 1 week for my size to arrive. They were very patient in explaining all the features.
                                > Was confused between L & M size.. L was tad bigger and armors moved when arms were moved. M was perfect fit but i was scared to get because it may not fit if i grew little fat
                                > Finally got M size after lot of confusion and trying out
                                > Overall great experience Except for the fact that they didnt give me bill They said they will send it through email, but i didnt get it yet @Sunnyside_up! please look into this issue and my badly finished armors

                                Now coming to jacket:

                                Pros:
                                > Excellent ventilation.. Didnt break a sweat for the whole 500 trip that i made recently.
                                > Fit is very good and you wont feel the jacket once you wear it.
                                > CE rated shoulder and elbow armors
                                > Many packets which is very handy when going for a ride

                                Cons:
                                > Inner mesh is very thin. Am scared it may get torn under regular use :/ ( Look at the pic, how thin it is )
                                > Stitching of Velcros for armor pockets on inner mesh was average..
                                > Finishing of Armors were bad. My elbow armors had unfinished material sticking out which scratched my elbows. Look at the top Right hole nad the middle 4 holes in the pic

                                > No CE rated Back protector.. Can be upgraded only when buying ( Very Bad policy IMO ). Am buying one from US

Overall its a good buy... But for the price tag of 6.7k i expected a trouble free experience

PS: Thought of attaching many pics... But Damn Xbhp is slow and images are not uploading correctly
