      Nice alternative
I found "Made of 100% Polyster Microfibre"; I was being told by experts that CoolMax is the fabric to opt; not sure how much of this material would help. What do you think?

I am not much knowledgeable with the Coolmax stuff but at 200 bucks I believe this is a steal got some nice reviews on this I tried googling and think even CoolMax is 100% Polyster. Do we have other headwear made of this coolmax?

                • Hi Friends, got myself a Cramster Breezer 4.0 XL size, I am not huge though. The jacket is not a snug fit, but i feel i will be comfortable in this size only. I wear a shirt size of 40.(got this through a freind from delhi hence could not try different sizes)

Is anybody using the same XL jacket with same chest size , i.e 40?

Asking this coz, the shoulder armours do not fit great, they need to be adjusted a bit.

Any update/help will be highly appreciated.

Chandru ~ Aargee - Just my opinion - The Buff/Multi-functional headwear is a nice piece of kit but cannot be a substitute for a proper balaclava. I have and carry an original Buff in my Camel as a spare/back-up but IMHO the balaclava is the real deal. I'd suggest pick up a cotton one for the time being and wait till D&P re-stocks. I also have the A-stars beanie which is also a very nice piece of kit but again it does not cover the face and therefore the sweat and grime from your cheeks get transferred onto the inside of the helmet, specially in Chennai's sultry climate. I use the beanie in cooler places like Bangalore and in cold weather when I don't sweat.

Incidentally, CoolMax IS a polyster micro-fibre!

                    • Latest acquisition from the UK. Thor Force Knee Guards. Picked them over the Fox Titan Pro Knee guards. Both the build quality and protection offered for the price made the decision in it's favor.
These must feel at home riding around in UK but for summers like we have here they are a pain. Sweaty jeans and bad odor is what you will be greeted with after a long ride. On the plus side, they are quite a looker. People keep asking me about where I have hidden the other pieces from my Bat suit :P

Incidently , it does look like a piece of the bat suit....!

Ok, will talk to them right today; my need is not really a balaclava, since you suggested the D&P, I went for it. My real need is just a head wear to protect the helmet from stinking smell of sweat

Oh!!! Cool; I hope there's certainly a difference between the MF on Coolmax & the regular MF that we use to clean our vehicles. Isn't it?

Yes!! It's a special construction that wicks moisture away from the contact surface, allowing faster drying too. Many quality helmets also use this material for the liners, to help dry faster.

Ok; I'll call them in half hour when their store opens & inquire how soon they can ship one & order one right away. Tks for the guidance.
