Pros :
-Very good grip on the handlebars.
-Good quality stitching (i could observe the material beginning to tear at the stitches on a Spartan Glove near the wrist area - below the wrist its not leather material)
-The perforated leather present along the fingers is really good and gives a pleasant experience, you can feel the air coming in and the cooling effect.
- Overall quality is quite good. (It ought to be for a 2K glove)
Cons (May be particular only to me)
- The protective attachmet stitched on the thumb is not designed as it should be.
The area encircle above is where the first bend of my thumb really is. As you can see that patch is not well positioned to accumulate the bend.
- Similar issue with the little finger.

The plastic piece with the ventilation mesh for the little finger is of the same size as for the rest of the fingers. I guess this is a general design flaw as finger segements in the little finger are comparatively shorter than other fingers. The first bend of my little finger is between the drawn line and the encircled area, here the 'plastic mesh thing' hurts when i grab the handle bars as the little plastic piece refuses to bend. I seriously think that the mesh thing should be designed a little shorter in length for the little finger.
Purely my experience.

The protective padding your rounded up in your first photo is not a design flaw in your piece. It's a foam that's kept intentionally to cushion you from a fall rather than just leather protecting you, because leathers is good if you're scarapping the tarmac. Whereas this foam is like hard-hit impact resistant material, like if something hard, and sharp tries to penetrate your skin, it stops it whereas just a leather will flex with the object and pass through flesh. So it's like a small bed on top of a bed spread to prevent the tearing of the bed curtain (sorry I have no example to cite you an example
)
