I bought the DSG Primal Gloves from Orion Motors, Bangalore. I tried few others from the DSG, RJays, Alpine Stars but most of them didn't feel so good or they didn't fit me. I always was a fan of full gauntlet style gloves and the moment I wore them I felt this is the one. From the looks department the gloves look great with the carbon fibre shining up at important places, the white colored stitches and the dsg flowing like a marquee along the wrist velcro straps.
The quality of the material used in the construction is very good.
This was the first time I was wearing riding gloves and it took time to feel the controls. Initially the glove was a little tight but as I rode more the glove started taking its form. There was redness in the knuckle area during the initial wear but later it became comfortable. I feel the thumb part is a little bit inside of the palm area and it becomes uncomfortable during city rides.
The glove is comfortable to wear and I would say it would particularly usefull in long distance ride. Finger movement is very good(except the thumb). The handle vibrations that I used to feel have minimized a lot.
The dual velcro wrist straps are good but practically cannot be used over a riding jacket(in my case).
The glove has got some air vents on the fingers, they give some ventillation but I don't think that ventillation is gonna suffice during the summers.
The gloves surpassed a moderate rainfall with no water peeping issues so far. But it becomes chilled inside the glove after a while. Drying the glove is a pain because of full leather construction.
Overall a VFM beginner glove for the long distance rider which could handle nature's elements effectively and offer good protection.

except for waterproof gloves for hands and waterproof riding boots. are there any waterproof riding boots available for a max of 6k ish? else waterproof boot covers from enfield seem to be the only way to go for me
Again, proper care even if one is abusing it, will help stuffs to extend their lives. I mean you know it right.
But i m helpless..!!
