Only from abroad, but in the same money there are other options available in Indian market. I am a JK17 user, so I know they are not worth it if getting from abroad.Originally posted by Raminder_Singh View PostCan I order them online somewhere?

Thank you bro, will start research on this products... As of now I know something about Spartan Aspida... All I need is a good touring jacket for hot and rainy days with good air flow. As far I know all the above having ce armor on hands and shoulder and best foam on back.

Aspida is very good choice, there is a reveiw in last 5-6 pages. And yes they all have CE armours.
I would not suggest guards, as you can add 1-1.5k more and get a good riding jacket. Regarding gloves, if its ok, start with basic probiker, save some money and upgrade as soon as you get money.Originally posted by babaji View PostPlease suggest some good elbow , knee guards and gloves. The armors used in RE Jackets are not that good. The price is for the brand value.. If functionality is what matters go for other jackets in the market.
Spartan/Aspida Helios is a good option. COmes with Knox armors for elbow and shoulder.(negative points - Back protector is dual density form. Not CE Approved. Priced high compared to DSG Evo and the Breezers due to the presence of Knox armors.)
Cramster Breezer/Breezer 4S - Value for money. Comes with a CE rated Back armor(Negative points - Few users complain about stitches coming off in prolonged usage. Denier count of cordura is unknown/not mentioned)
DSG Evo - Priced low. Does the job, Value for money. 600d Cordulr used (negative points - does not comes with a CE rated back armor. But this is upgradable. For the price of a Helios, u can get an Evo with Back armor upgraded.). (I use this jacket)
Rynox Air GT - Almost the same spec and price as that of Evo. It has got a CE Rated Back Armor too which is an added advantage compared with Evo. (negative points - Rynox does not speak anything on the Denier Count of Cordura Used)

I was thinking of getting a jacket afterwards as i have had 2 accidents in the past 2 weeks and the injuries were only at my knees and palms.Originally posted by prateek2210 View PostAspida is very good choice, there is a reveiw in last 5-6 pages. And yes they all have CE armours.

Do you think shirt/tee/a normal jacket will save your skin, where there is no guard if you fall next time?Originally posted by babaji View PostI was thinking of getting a jacket afterwards as i have had 2 accidents in the past 2 weeks and the injuries were only at my knees and palms.

So if you want to take chances with your life, then go ahead. The range of guards starts from 500rs and upwards. Branded starts from upper range of 3k. Rest your choice.Originally posted by babaji View PostTill now they have, not sure about future though.Fare thee well xBhp, All the best for being the biggest name in corporate world

Thank you so much Febinjoy for your very valuable input. Feeling super that I got this much choice to choose. Thanks for your review too. Will try to have my hands-on on these Evo and SPG next weekend. [emoji120] [emoji56]Originally posted by febinjoy View PostThe armors used in RE Jackets are not that good. re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
A Little correction for the bold parts. All the back protectors provided in Indian made jacket are dual density foam only. Helios has CE approved back armour, infact it has thicker foam then rest of the jackets you mentioned. plus up-gradable to lvl 2 back amour. Cordura 600D is used on impact area, it is mentioned on the site. best part which makes jacket costly is knox armour provided on shoulder and elbow.Originally posted by febinjoy View Post

Well, someone please please please let me know the name and address of a good Automotive accessory shop anywhere in Delhi NCR. I assume riding gears like jackets and accessories like GPS are all available in the same spot.

re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Thanks for the info. The info on Denier count was missed by me. Spartan have dual density form for back armor. It may be thicker than other ones available.. But i don't think it is CE rated. It is not mentioned anywhere too. Made corrections in my post too...Originally posted by Dreamwalker987 View PostA Little correction for the bold parts.
