Rynox bag is good but the extra piece got damaged and when I called outdoor travel they said we don't have back suction flap or magnetic flap.... When I bought they said it would be available if I wish to switch... Other wise the bag is awesome.... Just take care of it or you might have to buy another bag for the last thing and self fix it. I am talking about Mumbai's outdoor travel in carter road.

Thanks. I can see the photos. The last one is a mistake. Mods kindly delete it.
The jacket is a perfect fit for me. Quality looks quite good. Haven't done a ride with it but wore it (without the liner) in the afternoon and didn't find it too hot. The elbow and shoulder protectors also fit me nicely. Cost me Rs.3699/- on Snapdeal

Definitely not ATGATT but surely ABGATT (Atleast Basic Gear All The Time). Did a short ride. The Jacket felt comfortable, not too hot despite have just 2 vents (One on each sleeve). My T-Shirt did get wet with sweat though. Gloves were comfortable enough. The knee guards were Fox Raptor replicas. Cheap and not good quality but does the job.

Guys I can't see the CE approved mark on padding. I think it's not CE approved armors

Last Saturday I bought a knee guard from scoyco. Initial ride in traffic was very good doesn't stop the blood flow. To be worn inside denim hence very comfortable.

Bought this from Chopra in Karol for 1600.

Very good thing for regular rides. Photos are as below.

                        Update on DSG Evo

I have seen few remarks on XBhp stating a the quality of DSG Products. But without having no problems for 6 months of usage, I was relieved. But everything turned upside down in one day.

I have been using DSG Evo for 6-7 months now(Approx - 4000 - 4500 kms). Last week, while I was riding, I noticed that the elastic strap to keep the armor in place on the left hand was not fastened. I stopped the bike to clip it on and found that the press button base is not there in place. It came off form the sleeve and there was a hole in the place where the press button base was installed. The Base was still clipped on to the Button. Please see the picture attached.

I think it is a design flaw to place the press button base directly in the mesh without any reinforcement material in between. As the hole to fix the base may get bigger after using for sometime, It is likely to come off like this... (Obviously after the warranty period is over).

I tried contacting Team PlanetDSG via email asking if they can repair it. I also promised to pay the repair charges. If it is beyond repair, I asked for a replacement piece of the Mesh Jacket alone(Without the armors and Rain and Thermal Liner) at a discounted price for which I offered to pay.

Seeing no response to the mail send to [email protected], I tried calling their head quarters. One of the number was answered and I was asked to send an email to [email protected]. I immediately forwarded the mail to them. No response was there for the second mail also. I called them up few more times to check on this and every time they confirmed that they got my email and repeated that they will get back to me. Today evening I called them again and they updated me that they cannot do anything on this. They even told me that they cannot send the mesh jacket separately(without armors and liners) even if I am ready to pay for it.

I was asked to repair it locally with the help of any local tailors which made me doubt about the care they take in the manufacturing process. To my knowledge, the thread used in stitching a riding jacket is as important as the material used in the construction of the jacket.

Guys... If this problem happened after using for 2-3 years, we can account for the wear and tear and leave it. But this happened with sparse usage in a span of 6 - 7 months.

Verdict: I am forced to believe that the remarks on the decrease in quality of DSG products are true. Though I learned it the hard way. The After Sales Service also felt bitter... I wont buy anything from DSG nor recommend it... Buy only if you plan to use it as a "Use and Throw" item.

Disclaimer* - These are my opinion which is an based on my personal experience and hands on feel of the Jacket. Some of you may have difference of opinion.

                            Quality does not guarantee genuineness.

I think I will have to live with it. I tried using an elastic band that came with my Spartan Perseus Knee guard to keep the armor in place. That way, it is working fine. But, I will have to carry the band everywhere.. that's the problem.

Hey guys im looking for a riding boot within 8 - 10k.
It should have decent protection, will be using it for touring mostly but want something with good protection.
