thanks for the quick reply... I've been using a rynox jacket and it's been holding really good. Any collection from them, DSG or Spartan. Since my initial plan was to go for a lower budget one, I don't want to make a wrong turn on my current budget...

I won't suggest DSG. Read about quality issues and bad customer support.
Spartan is very good as well.
Cheers and regards.

You can check the Cramster Tundra too, as I recently just read and heard about the sudden drop in temperature in Delhi. You sure need gloves with a lot of warmth.Originally posted by rishiramesh View Post

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Cramster is also on my list, but read a review about twister riding gloves here... That's the only reason why I'm stuck in deciding... I'm now thinking of going with Rynox (if they have one) or SpartanOriginally posted by Astrix View PostYou can check the Cramster Tundra too, as I recently just read and heard about the sudden drop in temperature in Delhi. Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Bhai first jacket so no idea what a good budget should be, don't need anything fancy but cool with spending 5-10k for good protection, mumbai weather is not too hot and not too cold, we have 3-4months of rains as well so probably all liners needed (mesh, thermal, rain). Need something which lasts long, thank you for your help in advance !Originally posted by Unforgiv3n biker View PostBudget boliye sir ji

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
Many thanks, just enquired it retails around 7.5 k approx with level 1 protection, was informed there is another one for 10k with Level 2.Originally posted by Unforgiv3n biker View PostI'm using Rynox Tornado Pro. Now are the prices ok ?, Do we get any discount on these or they are normally mrp only , what if I buy level 1, can we upgrade to level 2 later and how much does that cost ? Thanks for your help, sorry for asking too many questions.

Thebreedgear or Solace. Can't get better than these 2 in terms of protection and value. Best part is they are Indian made, have good reputation and after sales record.
They are both under 10k and have level 2 sas tec armor. Solace jackets have the option to upgrade the armors while TBG is fully loaded with level 2 armor everywhere.
An all weather protective riding jacket with ultimate protection from SAS-TEC. FEATURES Built with high abrasion resistant polyester (600D) & Mesh combination to keep you cool and protected CE certified Viscoelastic foam with memory effect from SAS-TEC (Germany) for Shoulder, Elbow and Back External Shoulder protec
Can't go wrong with any of them. Hope this helps and maybe narrows it down.
Cheers and regards.

masterminds yes, I totally forgot TBG. That's a great jacket with sastec level 2 protectors. Great value for money at 9K. It's tough to use it with a pot-belly. The jacket is slim fit. Even the largest of sizes was right around the belly region. I wasn't feeling quite comfortable which is why I chose Rynox Tornado Pro, which I'm very happy with now. Try them out before you buy them..!Originally posted by Ajeet Padhi View PostThebreedgear or Solace. Can't get better than these 2 in terms of protection and value.
