1. What do the Docs say? Did you undergo any tests or do you need some physiotherapy sessions to set it right? What is the problem basically? Atleast an X-Ray should have been taken.

3. What is your health condition like? Are you obese? Lead a sedentary lifestyle? What is your build?
I would recommend a good lower back support belt (can be a regular medical belt also) for daily usage.
Touring belts like Cramster, Alpine Stars according to your budget.
Hero Honda Hunk has a good seat, with an inclined portion in the middle for supporting the lower back of the rider. Please have a look at that also.
