The jacket is not water resistant .There is a seperate rain coat which is given with the jacket. The armor is very good.

Yes Aryan, I also got the same jacket in grey. I found it to be lighter&cooler than the DSGs. Armor is of the same quality. However, DSG Maze seems to be having a padding on the chest too, which this does not have. Overall a good jacket for summer riding I would say.

1) Jacket outer material looks to be of good quality.
2) some vents at the front and back for air flow.
3) reflector stripes look good at night.
4) inner liner helps in controlling temperature inside during winters and also protects from water being seeped in during rains.
5) CE armours provide good protection
6) Somehow the zip quality of the jacket is poor...coz i heard some complaints from ppl regarding the zip being stuck sometimes or being broken.

@Beastrider: The Cramster jacket seems good to me. Is that water resistant? And how is the protection (the armor)?

P.S: And not to mention, it gels real well with your blue bike!

Well it's not waterproof...they have given a raincoat which easily fits
in the pocket at the back. The raincoat is of ok quality.
Overall I liked the jacket very much....in winters you can wear an inner & then jacket...what say chilled_fire....

Kriss has a Joe Rocket jacket, but I don't think it is armored.
You can check www.performanceracingstore.net for Joe Rocket range.
DSG has their own products, as well as sell AlpineStars, Axo etc. You can go through their site on www.planetdsg.com
Another cost-effective option (which I used heavily) is Cramster- www.cramster.in

Chetanpulsar has JR Phoenix jacket. One of the best jackets for Indian weather, i guess.
Even i am a fix. need to get one mesh jacket for summer. Blue Cramster jackets are out of stock and replacement is one month away. I am resisting hard but may end up buying JR Phoenix 5.0 or A* T breeze/ T RC-1

Bhai mere, I have seen it at PRS. Many colour combinations are available, not only all black.
Bhuvan procures JRs from PRS only.
