To be specific i m trying to go for komine riding oants with knee sliders. As i blew of my last pant by mistake putting my knee down unknowingly. And tarmac pants i m not able to trust as they have no reviews but i have friends using komine and trust them as leathers wont be working in monsoons. If amyone has experience with tarmac pants i would like to know. And my friends got it imported from china! By ali express.

Komine being japanese, there is chance of getting a knock-off if not careful through Ali express.and on top of it,komine never describes the textile grade or leather thickness.

                    No. Not advised.

Male and female body shapes need different placement and varying degrees of protection.

Secondly, if both are riding together - you need 2 jackets. Lastly, hygiene!

Hello everyone, 2 things in this post.
                      1. Last week I met with an accident, I had put on my Solace Defender jacket which helped saving my right arm and shoulder completely. The fall was pretty bad, but to my surprise there wasnt any damage to the jacket. So if anyone owns this jacket nothing to worry or regret, just wear it properly.
                      2. Need your inputs before i head on, to a store, to buy a pair of knee guard to save my knees (as I gave my previous knee guard to one of my friend). Budget - 3k. Please note- i already own a riding pant so please dont suggest on this as am not looking for a change. Just for short rides need this knee guard.

I also own the defender. I know how protective it is.

Image might not be that clear. I fell with my right arm and skidded for some distance and the jacket was the savior.
