Oh boy, finally you've zeroed in on the Cramster. Great to know that you're loving the jacket. You know the customary Post your pre and post ride experience of the jacket that'd be great for other newbies who'd like to get their hands dirty.

Again, congrats on your new purchase. Ride safe!

      Cheers!

      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

        • Cramster Breezer 4.0

          Warning: Noob post.

All right here goes nothing. Well it all started a few months back when a friend of mine bought the jk 17. I have always wanted to buy my own jacket but thanks to the peanuts that i get paid in, i cant afford $#|t. Well being a good friend that h is (manoharrohan) forced me to save up. And so i did.

The plan was to get the uber cool (my perception) DSG Triton. Cost - 6500. Damn it, end of september and had only colected about 4300 bucks. Then i turned to XBhp for help and thanks to mithungo, B7ACKTHORN and all others on riding gears thread who shared their views and opinions with me and guided me.
Although i was well short of my targeted 5500, i thought i will atleast check out if Outdoor travel gear ha one in my size which ican try. They did so i called up rohan and he went why wait, lets go today and so i did. It was love at first sight. I did try the Triton and as B7ACKTHORN had rightly mentioned, i started sweating like a peeg. Anyways had fallen in love with the breezer. They had one available in my size so picked it up without second thoughts. Thats how i became a proud owner of this

Well i rode home from OTG store, roughly 35 kms and was amazed at how well the jacket worked. The finishing of the jacket is very good. Stitch quality is quite good. And definitely value for.money. The bionics are well padded for comfort.this is definitely value for money.

Only negative point is that it as buttons for adjustments on arm & waist and also on the colar. A sturdy velcro adjustment strap on the wrists and waist would have been just perfect.

              • Funny you should bring that up. The first breezer i tried was a xxl. And i was shocked out of my wits coz i had difficulties zippin it up and it surely wasnt comfortable so thankfully.they had one in 3xl which was a perfect fit. Didnt know that they made one in 3 xl so that was a pleasant surprise. Get this!!! I could fit into a xl dsg triton. Guys about to buy a jacket for the first time. One tip.

DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOU TRY IT ON!

                • @doga- the breezer really works in keeping the rider cool.
You can have any color as long as its black.
I also got the opportunity to try the cramster k2k, dsg rage and triton. K2k and triton are purely for the serious tourers. The rage, maze and the breezer is primarily for city or.short rides. Im not really sure.about touring cross country but considering Indian climate, there should be no issues at all.
The jacket is well made, good quality armor with adequate padding and fits well. Only downer wa that it has buttons and not velcro straps.
I had been to their outlet at wadala.its actually quite close to Dadar.TT circle. A bit tricky to find.

If you can shell out 5k, you can save up a little more and go for SOL or AIROH and you can purchase AIROH via eBay or the brands you mentioned from their respective Indian retailer websites. Daijya is a little heavy for most part, AIROH is feather weight, RJays neither too heavy, not too light. SparX no idea. SOL more or less falls within the range of Daijya, but you have cool graphics and this helmet gives you an attitude.

                          Cheers!
