hey dude i am using the dsg falcon from around a month, without the inner padding its strong enough to take up mild rains without any fuss. the dsg nero and pheonix has the same protection the only difference is the clothing quality.

@addyrulz01 - i doubt the cramster trg2 gloves fitting as i had checked the same in their kothrud shop in pune as i faced issues with the little finger, better check out someones DSG Carbon Gloves and order as there is hardly a difference of 200 /-

                  • Hi Guys..
I am thinking of buying the following riding gears before my Leh trip..Let me know which one to go for?

                    1. Riding Jacket ( Mesh ) -
                    a) DSG Nero - DSG Nero Jacket - Rs5,300.00
                    b) RJays Swift/Octane - RJays Jackets - BACHOO MOTOR & CYCLE COMPANY Is Octane worth the price tag?
                    c) Cramster Raptor -

                    2. Gloves
                    a) Cramster Twister -
                    b) DSG Revive - DSG Revive Gloves - Rs1,990.00
                    c)Cramster TRG2 - Is it worth it?

                    3. Saddle Bag
                    a) Cramster Colt -
I have CBZ Xtreme and think that this is the one that will fit it. Are there any other companies who make saddle bags? I couldn't find any other options.

                    4. Knee protectors
                    a) Cramster (Bionic) -

What do you guys have to say about these stuff? Which ones should I go for? Positives? Negative? anything . Also as I am working in Hyderabad, where there are no shops to buy these things, should I personally go to Bangalore/Pune to get these or get them shipped. Just worried about fit and comfort.

                    • DSG Nero should help you keep warm at Leh & removing the inner lining should keep you comfortable for regular summer use.

I hope you're looking at Cramster Stallion saddle bags

I actually zeroed on DSG Nero but then saw these RJAYs..So though of asking which one should I go for.
No, the Cramster site says that 'Cramster colt' is the one that will fit CBZ Xtreme. Are there any other companies making saddle bags?
And what about gloves and knee protectors?

From economical & practical point of view, I felt Nero suits well. Cramster should be fine, but I get all that I need in Nero except the back armour.

From what I see in xBhp, most of the guys settle for Cramster saddle bags. Other bags, please, if you come across let me know, even if it were from US. I'm looking for a good one from US. Can someone help me choose one pls? I've a friend coming down in 2-3 weeks from now & would like to get it through him.

Sorry, I'm no expert here as I don't use one.

                            • Last couple of weeks I spent trying out jackets here and there. Tried Cramster and DSG (Nero, Pheonix, Falcon etc etc). Even tried the chinese made Alphinestars. However, even though I am love with the DSG I thinking of going with just a normal Jacket with Mesh (and if possible with an inner liner) (for the rains/summers/winters?). Any such jackets on the market? (dual purpose types which can be used in the rains and in the summers?)

Will buy the knee and elbow guards separately as atleast I can fasten the guards on my elbows and knees which I cannot do with the jacket.

                              • Need Help With Saddle Bags

From what I see in xBhp, most guys settle for Cramster saddle bags. Other bags that has 45 or 35L in capacity (Stallion/Colt). I'm looking for a good one, in excess of 45L & meets all features of Stallion that can fit with RX as well as FZ/ZMR. Can someone help me choose one pls be it Indian or from US? I've a friend coming down in 2-3 weeks from now & would like to get it through him if its from US. My main requirements would be...
                                1. Should be easy to install
                                2. More than 45~ Litres on both sides & should offer pillion ride
                                3. Plus Additional space for 2x 2000ml + 1x 1000ml Water Bottles
                                4. Plus Pockets for quick access tools
                                5. Plus provision to carry Tripods,Tents and Sleeping bags externally
                                6. Water repellant

I've seen most models available in US are mounted on the seat & not available as two sided saddle bags.
