personally i had a good experience with cramster.
i am using brezeer for past 5 months and found it very good, and somebody has to buy to post a review.
and when i saw SCOYCO on this thread i thought i should have waited for this.

My side of Mumbai is a sad place, no1 stocks the knee protectors, or even balaclavas, just flashy helmets.

Been using a cheap 200 buck glove, i swear its holding together coz of my sweat.

Hemant from AH Helmets told me that he will be receiving shipment of the Fox Rapture Knee Guards very soon.

I wanted to know how does it compare with the AXO Knee Guard? Which one is better?

He had a knee + elbow pair for 1500 in blue colour. Was thinking of picking it up and giving the elbow guards to my girl! (but will probably buy a jacket for her instead!) But will wait for the rapture to arrive.

The AXO knee+elbow guard is available here in blore for around 950 bucks (black in color and bionic). I am tempted to buy a piece but want to know how good they are in terms of quality. I mean, if it can hold up well after a crash, then i'm gonna get one.

Its good. I have one of those. But havent crashed yet to know whether it would sustain or not.

If you have a full boot, then its going to be a little difficult as it covers from your knee to ankle.

But INR 950 is a good buy

I did a bit of R&D while buying Knee Guards. AXO has more than one make and the price and quality vary accordingly .

AXO TMKP - US Sellers have AXO TMKP knee guards and only the knee guards cost around 45-50 dollars. AXO TMKP has a very good review

AXO-KTM & AXO-ATV knee guards + elbow guard- These are so called cheap makes of AXO TMKP and retail for 950-2000 (a pair of knee guards plus a pair of elbow guards). Though KTM and ATV makes look similar TMKP makes but there's huge difference in quality. Further , its difficult to get TMKP in India.

Hope this helps. If you can get a pair of O'Neal Pumpgun or of Fly racing knee guards from US than definitely worth the price.

- How is it possible to get branded protectors from reputed brands like Axo and Fox for such peanuts when the least retail prices in other parts of the world are at least double?

I mean, some one posted awhile back that they bought Raptors for Rs.750 and Rs.600 !! Thats like under USD$ 16 ! Even in close out sales that I have looked at the prices were at least double.

Is it really plausible that our local retailers are importing + paying shipping and duties + making a profit and still selling quality genuine motorcycle grade products for Rs.600??

That's the concern I had when I found AXO here at rock bottom prices. I was a bit skeptical about the its genuineness (Don't take it otherwise) . I safely switched to a different brand and got it from US.

most of my gear has been bought down from US by a friend.

if you buying online than you need a ship to address.also how much of money be saved vis-a-vis on direct comparision of some sites who also ship goods to india
