I would like if the Jacket would be effective both in sun and rain.. (Rain Liner..) Please give me your opinions.. As I have no knowledge about Jackets..

My Shirt size would be 39... And am of a slim body type.. If it makes any difference..
RJAYS octane.... dont even look at anything else. Comes with multiple liners for Rain/Winter protection. It has recently come up with a nice camo look!!!!

Sachyn from Mumbai brought it... If I am not wrong its 5999 or 6400 here! It has way better fit and finish than the DSG.

AStar T Breeze, isnt that a discontinued product Go for it as a summer jacket if you get a good deal!

Is it that cheap? The site says the price is about $199.99!!!

Yeah, I need only a summer jacket as I already bought a good rain coat. So I can wear the rain coat over the riding gears.

But this one seems to be bang value for money as it comes with the price of A*TB & has more features.

Trust me, there's absolutely NO DEAL for A*TB; I've been searching like crazy for over 2 months!!!

Oh!!! New Enough??? Yeah, there was sale upto $170 few weeks ago, but I ditched it as $30 saving is not that worth besides there were no M size + Black combination. They were RED or BLUE only.

                ..
There is. And I'm using one. Rjays octane jacket. You cannot buy a more airy jacket than this. It also has removable inner liner that is 100% waterproof. I've tried and tested it in rain and summer. it is fully waterproof. By virtue of having waterproof inner liner, it should be windproof as well, hence will be good for winter. Though Mumbai does not become cold enough to warrant some serious winter testing . Four in one I should say. Armour + rain + summer + winter .

                • Saddlebags for FZ

                  Hi All,

i am not sure whether this is the right place to post this. I am looking for saddle bags for my FZ 16 as Cramster's Colt (Cramster - Travel Gear For The Restless : Motorcycle Luggage, Saddlebags, Magnetic Tankbags, Riding Gear - Jacket, Gloves, Backpacks...) specifically mentions that it is not suitable for FZs and Fazer.

I am based in Mumbai. Any help would be appreciated.

                  Thanks

                    Hi,

i just spoke to Mr. Bhavishya Devgun (Raw Adventures - adventure in its purest form) yesterday enquiring about a jacket for me. He has readily available M size SCOYCO JK 17 riding jacket which has been reviewed by fellow xbhpians few posts back. (here is one for your reference: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/460440-post3062.html)

It is really a good VFM with proper amours and costs only RS. 3850 (including shipping). If you are based in Delhi, you can probably go to his shop and check it out by yourself.

He also has higher end jackets like JK 27 and others which retail for around 6k if i remember correctly.

You can contact him at : (+91)-9910460777

                    Hope this helps

                    cheers

Hmmm...good review; I hope it will help someone; I already bought a rain wear so I guess I need to skip RJays for now

I'm most likely to settle for A*TB & AST1 riding pants.

Right' but did you know Colt is very much suitable for Ninja 250R? If you ask them, they'll say its not suitable. I guess, someone using Colt & FZ should be able to answer this precisely.

                            Try this:

balaclava, Cars Bikes, Apparel Accessories, cramster items at low prices on eBay India

Check out the Chennai meets thread on few pages; few guys have Scoyco & are brand loyal to Scoyco. You'll get an idea. They too have a water proof riding jacket.

From the looks it isn't appealing to me either, but if you read the features, they're really awesome & the good thing is they're rightly priced.
