Using it for 1 year now, did numerous trips with that even the spiti one. Very comfy if I compare with the other rivals specially at the finger ends and the thumb joint. No issues with the stitching and the material used. Negatives would be, it cant handle Delhi's chill and keep it away from water. I prefer full gauntlet gloves more than semi gauntlet as it gives me a mental satisfaction , had a skid in spiti trip, and it brushed with the road, just some peel off a thin layer otherwise it saved me from scratches. Overall 2300INR is well spent

I would suggest you go for Nouvo brand avaliable at DSG Camp, Pune.
If not that then would also suggest for carbon fiber one which is from Dajjya brand...

Are you considering importing a helmet? If yes, check out some discounts on STG on Shark. I had RSR2 top of the line helmet. Excellent ventilation and light weight just like what you want. Noise is slightly on the higher side compared to my other helmets (Scorpion and HJC).

Extremely silent with good ventilation, you can consider Scorpion but it will be slightly heavy. Only consider EXO-750 and above range, 1000 rpm being the best.

Shark may slightly exceed your budget (with discounts) and Scorpion 1000 rpm will just about meet your budget requirements.

Aditya was also mentioning about Airoh. He found them quite light and pretty neat. Check them out too!

Edit - post your query on the helmets thread. you will get more replies.

With that budget I would suggest you consider importing a lid from US. You will definitely get a very good deal & save alot for the same product if available in India.

                    • hie, i have a question.
in most of the pictures is have seen people only wearing jackets rather than wearing a full suit so i want to know is there any uncomfort wearing a full suit..

May be a silly question as though i know the suit is some 1.2-1.4mm thick but can we just wear some t shirt and jean above the suit ?? though i guess it will look like hulk.. but is it possible to use the suit just as a second skin and wear some glam sham on it

If you mean, wearing one piece riding suit for daily commute. That'll be quite silly. For one, full suit are not as comfortable as jackets. You can't expect a person to sit around wearing full gear when not riding. So changing them would be a major headache, say in office, movies, restaurant etc. besides how do you store them if removed, tote along a big bag?

To think of wearing t-shirt over riding suit will be like wearing underwear over your jeans. Riding suits are not like second skin, they have armor apart from being thick skinned, not forgetting the heat. Could dehydrate anyone with double layer in Indian condition. Besides, even if you manage somehow, imagine you have to go to toilet
