Yes; you may want to buy a removable lining, unless you want to get soaked in sweat during Summer.Originally posted by krish2778 View PostSkill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

Are the DSG Revive and Vector Waterproof ? The Rjays Jetstream and canyon are same price as DSG but not waterproof.
Are Rjays Swift water resistant ? Will it be any good in rainy season ?Last edited by krish2778; 03-02-2012, 05:49 AM.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kirsh - Revive is not for sure; why don't you check the website to get basic education & then come back here for specifics.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

Nothing on part of Waterproofing is mentioned in the DSG website, i have scanned it already. I was hoping for real life usage experience to know about it.Originally posted by aargee View PostKirsh - Revive is not for sure; why don't you check the website to get basic education & then come back here for specifics.

Also dont want to buy something without having the proper information--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

None of these jackets can handle Indian monsoon. Best you wear a Duckback Rain wear over itOriginally posted by krish2778 View PostNothing on part of Waterproofing is mentioned in the DSG website, i have scanned it already. I was hoping for real life usage experience to know about it.

Kirsh - And remember to keep your riding gears separately from rain gears; do not try to save money by combining them, it will not be of great help. My suggestion for rain gear always goes for one piece rain suit; though little difficult to wear, it offers the best protection than the regular two suit.
Just Google or browse this thread & you'll find more answers than the official websites as they've been discussed to death.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

I had checked other forums like bcmtourning or something and there they have vouched for them performing good in rains, some even went on to say that even in heavy rainfall they dint get wet on the inside.Originally posted by rkakkar View PostNone of these jackets can handle Indian monsoon. As far as i'm concerned, if slight to moderate drizzles can be handled by the jacket then that is more than enough for me.
For heavy rains i have my rain coat. So that i can manage.
Will do , i have my rain gears separate,I have duckback rain coat, the 2 piece ones, its very good quality and does the job very efficiently.Originally posted by aargee View PostKirsh - And remember to keep your riding gears separately from rain gears; do not try to save money by combining them, it will not be of great help. Have did that also, but not to a great extend. Will do proper research before finalizing anything. Moreover i can post here to get my doubts clarified. So i'm not worried.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
