If so, are you able to play games on it on the monitor's native resolution that is 1600x900? Do the games display the resolution in the graphics settings or do they still show the standard display settings like 1680x1050 or 1280x1024? And does it cause stretching in the image?
I think I asked too soon, perhaps?
its 20inch Samsung SyncMaster 2043..GTA4 shows max resolution as 1600x900.and the images do not stretch.and NFS Prostreet shows max res as 1440x900 and there is no visible stretching.

Both are good , a rough comparison is like this ->Originally posted by outworldly maniac View Posti heard amd are always ahead from intel in terms of gaming

what you guys think ?
x4 -> quad core -> Phenom II x4 -> i7 , and the prices are also in this same order.
Phenom 2 x4 are the most overclockable processors here (dont know abt i7) and I guess the most VFM too.

@niks: Currently i7 tops the table as the most overclockable. They come with multiplier unlocked. I myself have OC'ed it to 4.2Ghz!!! Its that simple....
