Its not too difficult to fit those rubbers. Make sure they fit tightly or they may fall off
Some pics of my bike's head and barrel before rebuilding. I hope this helps you to place the rubber properly.

Is it possible to decarb the Catcon silencer of RX135? If so, whats the process?

        Is replacement the only option?

i've heard some users using acid to clean the catcon. cleaning with acid is not at all recommended because it will eat away the catcon from inside. another thing you can do is burn it off using a blow torch. if all else fails you can cut the catcon and drill out the clogged passages, people does it to increase sound and decrease the restrictive effect of the cat. but none of these are practical because whatever you do majority of the accumulated carbon is too stubborn to be cleaned. that is why the only better idea is to replace.

first thing the catcon is damn heavy even when it is new and god save when carbon deposits inside may be double the weight, its impossible to clean it completely from inside use it long as it is there giving performance then finallly shift to the chrome one no choice or build a custom expansion which gives u a similiar performance to that like the catcon.

whenevr i use to speed my bike from initial, when shifted from 1st to 2nd, after some milliseconds or so, automatically downshift occurs. It is very annoying and i m facing this prob after i switched to castrol mineral oil.Is this related to gearbox oil change or so ????? (gear comes again in 1st)

yep, it'll work. seizure is not the worst thing i'm worried about. 'cause if it seizes i just have to fix the stock block and ride on. i'm worried more about the rods. i did a bottom end rebuild once and the rods where changed and i'm pretty sure the mech used a locally made rod. anyways i dont think i'll get much of a help from here(and i didn't expected it either). looks like i'll move on with it anyway.

being there, done that . it needs a lot of work and replacement of spares. get a RX135 5 speed and do the conversion with RX-K block if you need it so badly. for parts Indonesia is the place, singapore also 4Y2 is the model

Keep the RX100 as it is , it is a different league, i am planning to tool back my RX100 and shift the RX-K stuff on to a RXZ 4 speed

a RX-K need to be reved to the moon to feel the 18.5 bhp, difficult to ride in cities

                                good luck
