  • zmaa or A180-help me help me..

Hi guys,i am going to buy a bike soon.I am quite confused between two great bikes-the karizma R and the apache 180.I am just not sure which bike should i go for.
I know that both belong to a different category-Apache for the pure adrenaline rush and Zma for relaxed and comfortable cruising.I love both the bikes, and would have bought the two if had the money.I will maintain my bike well,so the maintainance part is not an issue i suppose, but have heard that getting the spares of zma is not easy.I want complete peace of bike as i will be keeping it for 3-4 years..Waiting for your suggestions!

      both are good bikes........

TD both and see which suits you well.

zma is more refined and reliable in long run.

As you rightly said, Zma is gr8 for touring and coming to RTRs, I would say these are crazy bikes for crazy people to do crazy things. You bring in the crazy thing in mind and RTR will be there.

Considering service network, HH and TVS are nearly equivalent. Fot HH, you will get cheap aftermarket spares but that hold true for CD100, spendour and passion or so.

Just do the regular servicing well, use semi-synth oil and zma or RTR both will go good for 2-3 years(considering 1000 kms per month)

        Coming to comparison,
Zma feels more smooth, refined and silent while RTR feels more aggressive and spontaneous.
Zma is more of touring so vertually straight, uniform torque curve while RTR is machine for crazy red lining.
There's lot to it other than saddle....

I am very slim and lean, which one of the either two would suit me..

Just TD both and u'll know ur calling....
            in short
RTR is for the hooligan and Zma is for the gentleman
Men who still dream of being a pilot or an astronaut are yet to ride a motorcycle.

there isnt any signinifcant difference in bike's weight.

              TD and decide.

Both bikes have similar mileage range of min 25 to 45 kmpl, depending on riding pattern.

apache 180 will be giving better mileage then ZMA

i recommend you to go for ZMA...it's overall a better product then Apache 180.
note--new zma coming with refreshed look in Jan 2011
