    between KTM and CBR250, i dont think there should be much confusion. If you want a relaxed bike with less gear shifting ceeber's the bike otherwise just go for KTM it's a fun bike and more suited for city riding than the ceeber.

        from what i know, basically he increases the power and efficiency of the engine with stock reliability.

            Hey just one question why haven't you considered CBR 150, it is in your budget and same comfort as CBR 250. Price difference of 40-45k between the 2. nothing much difference. Even the colour combination is interesting in CBR 150.
