what will do with a Kick Start ?? Now a days people are moving to more reliable techs!! This is not at all a draw back!! If you maintain the bike and use it properly then you won't have any issues!!
I am using R15 from past 2.5 yrs!! My friends are using P180, Duke, P220, FZ..etc and they never faced any problem with switch start!!
So if you like Stunner which is nice bike then go for it!! with out thinking on Kick Start!!

Reliability, engine refinement, looks, then definately ignitor.. Only problem is the phasing out stuff. But obviously the spares and service would not be hindered if it happens... IF it happens.. Else if no choice then the pulsar 135

Go for the ignitor as you are ok with bit lesser performance.
If performance is the criteria then p135 with 4 valves poses threat to even some of the 150cc bikes, the performance is really very good
Thought its not a stock bike, here is what a pinch of modification can do to pulsar 135,
I dunno if i can post a video but here it is Pulsar 135 top speed @135kmh - YouTube

pulsars are generally not that engine mod friendly,be happy with the stock.
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
                              #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

Ravi com on get focused !!! Prioritzed your needs??

Ignitor is a good product from Hero which is a duplicate of Stunner but little less than Stunner in Price.

P135 is a Bajaj product, Bajaj has also improved alot from past.

Ignitor has a chance of phasing out!! Where as P135 would be there.
Ignitor would have a better mileage than P135 anytime.
P135 would have better handling and speed, but less average from Ignitor.
Ignitor would be more comfortable in riding compare to P135, as P135 has little fornt bend riding for good handing, Ignitor has commuter up right position.

Now you think, what you want??
A bike which has good average, average riding, which is sufficient in city ?? But a chance of getting out of market??

                                Or

A bike with 50-60kmpl with speed and Bajaj name and SVC ??

If you are undecided on Bajaj product then go with Honda product. Else D125ST is also good, new launch so changes to bike would be after 3-5 yrs!! But get focused in choice!!

                                You need to analysis:
                                1. Need
                                2. Pocket
                                3. Choice

These three point will give you a better choice!!!
